If you need to have blood work this is a very good place to go.
Tech was very pleasant and efficient. The actual blood draw was painless, especially the needle stick. I have been stuck many times this time I actually felt "nothing".

You suck!!! No way to talk to a live person, no option to ask questions about what i actually called for. The worst automated service ever. No matter if its 7 tests or 20, the bill still comes out to over 300 dollars, unbelievable!!!!

Scheduled appointment online, received multiple text messages and emails to confirm. Checked in upon arrival and waited 1 hour and 20 minutes only to be told they had no record of my appointment. Was given an 800 number to call that took another 10 minutes to get have the option to speak to someone, then put on hold for 20 minutes. Wasted my morning all while fasting.
I should have checked the reviews before booking with Quest.

Terrible on all fronts. They were a half hour late getting me in while I was fasting until 11am, even though I was the only one in the waiting room. Neither of the practitioners acknowledged me once I entered the blood draw room. It was very awkward the entire time- both of them seemed very off. I had to ask for a wipe before doing my urine sample, as one wasn't offered. There was zero bedside manner in administering the needle, and it was the roughest blood draw I've ever had- it hurt and was pulled on and irritated each time he had to change out the tube, and there were like 15. The needle didn't seem properly secured so it felt like it was tugging my vein each time they were changed. I had received lab work at a different Quest location in Asheville, NC the week prior, and was in and out within 15 minutes, with a friendly staff and a very smooth blood draw, where I did not feel the changing of the tubes. This experience sucked on all fronts. Pull it together, people.

Terrible company terrible customer service. Sending me bills for payment I already made months ago. They give fax number, but never respond to faxes nor document them . on their computer system. Despite multiple faxes, emails and phone calls proving payment was made they keep sending bills.

there should really be a secondary phlebotomist on-site when one can’t find your veins. i needed 4 vials of blood and the phlebotomist re-stuck me 3 times… i have gotten blood drawn SEVERAL times and been in hospitals and have never ever had my veins completely obliterated (in my arm AND hand) quite like this place

I had everything set up , incl order number etc. Phlebotomist onsite was unable to communicate with me, she communicated via a 3rd person possible trainee. The staff wason her phone watching tiktok's, while she could not find my order. I asked her for possible wifi and or computer to access my order ( terrible network on my phone) but she was unable to do so. I called CS who could not help me either, drover 1h back and forth

Unsafe and aggravated delivery driver operating the company van in Newport today. Everyone at the crosswalk better beware of this Grand Theft Auto trained driver.

Horrible hours, they don’t do drug urine samples, they just send you to Colerain 30 minutes away. The front desk check in lady had no answer for why they don’t better indicate this online.

I had the absolute worst experience with Quest Diagnostics at the Steger Dr location in Cincinnati,OH. I am a graduate student at the University of Cincinnati and due to a health issue I need to have bloodwork done weekly. Since my doctor is at the Cleveland Clinic nearly 4 hours away, we had to find a lab that was nearby and also accepted my insurance, so Quest was the best option. My doctor's office had mailed me around 11 copies of my lab orders for future weeks, so on 2/27/23 I called Quest to confirm that I could just bring in a printed copy and to see if it would be better to have my orders faxed from my doctor. I ended up calling 4 times over the span of 2 hours and never got ahold of anyone in the office. I ended up leaving a message telling them to call me back before my appointment later that afternoon. I never received a call back. When I arrived I was turned away due to the fact that there was no signature on the order. A few minutes later I went back inside to show them that it was electronically signed. They still said they wouldn't be able to do anything. I told them that this could've been avoided had someone answered the phone earlier, but the employee responded by saying that because they have appointments every 10 minutes they are unable to take calls.
Now flash forward to two days after that (2/29/23). I had called my doctor's office to have them fax the orders and made another appointment to go into the lab. I tried calling the day before just to confirm that they had received the orders, but again with no surprise this time, no one answered. When I arrived the next morning I got there around 5 minutes early and was checked-in before my time slot at 10am. I then waited 20 minutes before an employee called me back. Again I was told that my order was never sent and that there was nothing they could do. I stepped out and called my doctor's office and was told that the order was sent on 2/27/23 around 4pm and they received confirmation that it was sent. They told me they would send the order again this morning just to make sure. So I go back inside and tell the employee this and she looks at me and says "We didn't receive an order. You saw the computer. I can't make it appear for you". I again get brought back into the lab room and the order that was just sent pops up but for some reason there is an error and they cannot access it. I asked if that is an error on their end or on my doctor's office and they weren't able to give me a clear answer. They mentioned that they would have to put a ticket in with their IT department but that would take 2-3 days to be resolved.
At this point I was furious. The employees made no effort whatsoever to be accommodating or do anything to help remedy the situation. By now I had spent 2 hours at the lab going back and forth with my doctor and the employees. I again mentioned that this could've been avoided if I was able to speak with someone when I called, but they reminded me that they are so busy with appointments that they can't take any calls. The other employee was sitting on her phone while her co-worker was telling me this and there was one other person in the waiting room who had already been helped.
I am unsure whether the employees do not care about their patients, are not fully competent to do their job, or are simply just lazy. Whatever the reason, I will not be coming back to Quest, and urge the company to do better. They should be ashamed.

I have to get semi yearly blood tests done, and they have always been quick, painless, and professional! Seriously good at what they do! I've done it 4 times so far, and it has always been great! I can't speak to billing issues because mine is through a third party, but the test itself always goes great!

I was a little scared to come to this quest but all other ones were a little far from my home. Maybe they switched something up but I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Staff were kind and helpful.
