I had a scheduled appointment and appreciate being seen on time. The professional who drew my labs listened to my concern that I am a difficult stick. She was able to draw labs on the first try.

Do not take a baby here for blood draw because the techs are incapable. They also do not follow infection prevention practices. Quest is saving a lot of money by not taking care of their employees or patients.

Had blood test 3 week before Dr. Appointment. When I got to Doc no results sent to him. Now all I get is busy signals and full mailbox. Will NEVER use this outfit again. Huge building, huge profits terrible service. Like all Amican for profit medical insurabmnce & related services. Profit sharing model: consumers share corporation profits. Unsustainable!

My technician was very knowledgeable and kind. She located my tiny vein and obtained the sample with no difficulty and very little discomfort.

This location does not honor their appointments made online before 10am and have hours posted only on their door, not online. They’ve completely wasted our time and screwed up our childcare situation. They need to get their act together and stop offering appointments they won’t honor!

If i could give zero stars i would, i was calling for an hour straight trying to get to someone as their voicemail is always full. I needed testing for a candidate to complete for employment, calling our rep to cancel our contract with Quest

No human to talk to. Nobody cares here. The drug screenings "supposedly" end at 3:30 now, got there at 1 and it said no more appointments available. All you need to do is pee in a cup.
Shockingly it's the only Quest in Cincinnati that does urine tests.
Unsurprisingly, all the other places have closed.
