BUYER BE WARE
- A day after buying a van from here, the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. Took it in to check the codes and he had wiped all the codes and the entire history. This is why no codes came up when I checked it myself. This is dishonesty at its core and the reason he used car salesman often are looked at as sleazy.
He was very clear. All sales are final! So I'm going to leave this review and Hope this helps Someone find A better car buying experience than I had.

I drove nearly two hours to pick up a chrysler 300 today. Lily was amazing to deal with, very honest and bubbly personality. A few minor issues with the car but I didnt buy a new car so that was expected. What wasn't expected is how minor the issues were and how nice the car is. Drove 2 hours home woth not one issue and got a great deal on a nice car. DEFINITELY 10 OUT OF 10 WOULD RECOMMEND.

Over all with my problems and others I'd recommend never buy from here! You'll be wasting your money! If you buy it's your problem because they won't do anything about ripping you off just like RT 33 motors!

Purchased a vehicle from them. I had planned to do maintenance to the car, and swap some parts that are typical to cause issues out. Discovered that whoever worked on the car last evidently neither had eyes nor a brain, as there were MANY issues; a secondary air line hanging on by a thread, missing bolts and pieces, old tools left in the carI would not trust these people, as they don’t know what they’re doing.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Cannot caution you enough about this place!! Not only were they rude and unprofessional but they sold us a total lemon!!! Less than a month later and the entire engine needs to be replaced! Do not let these guys steal your money!

Worst place ever!! Their customer service was just awful, they said that the car was not wrecked, but clearly was as the body was not lined up correctly. I decided to look it up on Carfax, and it came back that it was wrecked and not updated on its recalls, and when I brought the issue to them, they told me I was just Broke and to get out. So save yourself a hassle and never ever go there.

Ram Imports is the WORST place I have ever been to purchase a car. The car they sold me was a lemon and broke down on the way home from leaving their business! Spend your money elsewhere to avoid a complete nightmare.
They lied and put the wrong mileage on the paperwork so the warranty they claim they paid for and “gave” me was invalid from day 1.
They charged my bank more than what the documents stated the final cost of the car was.
They seemed to try to help at first but I see now it was all an act. Lilly tried to upsell me another car but I couldn't spend extra thousand(s) so they started their usual “as is” line they pulled on everyone else. To do this to people over and over again should be illegal.
After paying for several tows, diagnostics and repairs, the car is still not running 2.5 months later.

Charged a $500 deposit for to an english-as-second-language client that wanted to have the car checked by a mechanic- refused to return the deposit when mechanic appraised thousands in necessary repairs to the car. Shady deposits, taking advantage of foreigners- shameful business practices.

Terrible place to buy a car. They reset the check engine light and limited the driving time we had to test drive then rushed the buying process so we wouldn't see anything until AFTER we purchased the car and handed the money over. Soon as we pulled off the lot. We went to get gas because the car was on E. No big deal. Until we put the gas in and it wouldn't start back up.Then on came the check engine light.We called to tell them and they said there is nothing they will do because we bought the car as is. All we asked was that they fix the fuel pump(what we assumed was the issue) as we didn't even have the vehicle an hour. We get the car checked with a diagnostic test 2 days later to find out they also sold it to us with a bad Cadillac converter. We call again and ask again for them to just fix it as we haven't even had the vehicle a week or even close to a week. We didn't want no money. Just that she said when we inquired about the vehicle is that it had no mechanical issues at all. So all we wanted is them to fix it. She started yelling at my husband on the phone.That she didn't know. When she had to have had the car looked at and serviced before putting it on the lot being a licensed car dealer ship. And then as I stated in the background that she needed to lower her voice she hung up the phone. Fast forward a month later my vehicle that I bought in full is blown up because the timing chain is bad. Didn’t have the car a month and it’s non drivable. There was a lot more wrong with the car to the point they shouldn’t have sold it at all. They’re a terrible sales people, business people, and human beings all together. They know how to scam you until you hand the money over and it's no longer their problem. Take your money somewhere else that doesn't rip people just to do it .

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle. The process was stress free and pleasant. They are very thorough and knowledgeable. They are able to find me a vehicle that suited my needs. the process really smooth.. They go above and beyond for their customers and they try to help as much as possible. Great service and they know they’re stuff.
