When I injured my wrist and wanted to avoid using it completely, Chris amazingly modified the workouts to accommodate. An impressive task considering you use your wrists in some way or another for almost any weight bearing exercise. This just speaks to the knowledge and resources available at REAL Human Performance. Chris and Melissa consistently provide feedback on proper form and share their knowledge on performance and health. I have also done yoga and breathing classes with Jen, which are unique and calming. My strength, balance, and overall well being are so much better after training here.I love this place! So much more than a gym!

The REAL F.I.T. class is a challenging and constantly evolving combination of strength, conditioning, and mobility work. I am stronger, leaner, and more flexible since joining a few months ago. The instructors at RHP also pay very close attention to your form and movements on every activity, making adjustments as needed, which really sets them apart from your run-of-the-mill operation.
