I have been going here for years, but today was the last time. $32 for a car wash plus a $6 tip for a lousy outcome. The inside of the building is dirty and in disrepair. The mechanical wash was poor and the human detail was just as bad. All the windows were smeared with film that wasn’t wiped off. The vacuuming was poor.

3 time I’ve went there only because it’s close to me. Each time is worse than before. 30 dollars in the toilet! Never again!

The new staff is not like the old staff. I had to take my car back to be clean. The doors were not touched and lacked the smell of a clean car, the windshield was still dirty after I paid at least $40 including tips.. i’m about to find a new place after I’ve been going there for at least 10 years

The only reason I went there because they do hand wash, but it’s not What I expected $36 car wash it’s a rip off They don’t even clean like a regular car wash. Never going back again

I usually go to Royal & they do pretty good job. This past weekend they did not. I have an SUV & it seems like the workers were not on it this weekend or had been really busy & tired. I went around noon & I wasn’t feeling the best & after they cleaned my car, I left. Driving down the street I noticed they didn’t wipe off anything inside my car at all. Just dried it & did the windows. I should’ve checked it before pulling off since I witnessed two other people had told the guys they had missed spots of vacuuming & wiping the inside.

I've had good experiences at Royal and bad experiences at Royal. Most recent time was a good experience. They were quick and they really got my car cleaned. Which that's kind of the opposite of my last experience.

This is my second time going to this car wash. I came here because my daughter referred me. The first time it was good but today was not good. The worker dried my car with a red towel which left red lent balls on all my windows. I had to clean my windows all over again. I called and the young lady apologized and said she would let them know. I won't be back for a while.

Best car wash in town! Friendly, family owned. The guys who do the interior are fantastic. Highly recommend!
