There’s employees inside and decided to close 2 hours early this is ridiculous why have a set time for 8pm but close at 6pm even the employees seen people waiting outside while they just stood inside near the register!

No carts available for the store which is helpful for someone on oxygen but I realize it's a smaller store. I was asked once if I needed help and I said I was fine. I was the only customer in the store. It was more difficult to shop when your hands are already full but I managed to find three outfits to try. The clothes were difficult to get off the rack as they were entangled. So I was looking for about 40 minutes. After going through all that I asked to use the fitting room. l was told I could not, as they were closed due to theft at one of their other locations. Supposedly according to the clerk, all fitting rooms are closed for a couple days at all locations. I only shop at places that I can try clothes on as it's hard for me to have to do returns due to physical limitations. So l will not be coming back.

Wanting to find an outfit for a special dinner and the girls who worked here (who were very nice) informed me that the dressing room is closed due to COVID- 2 years later-still?! Why would I spend money on clothes that I can’t try on? Heading to JC penny where the dressing rooms are open.

Came in today to find some fragrance for a special date. Maddie and Melissa not only sold me 3 fragrances, but also sold me a whole fit. Their customer service was impeccable. I will most definitely be back!

Other customers were greeted as they entered the store, I was not. Lots of beautiful clothes and fun clothes. Had to wait to check out, 2 employees walked right past me.
