My experience with Safelite was Absolutely Amazing!! Mark and his staff showed Outstanding Customer service from the first phone call all the way until my vehicle was finished.
Mark was able to reschedule me due to weather issues and his staff provided Excellent service.

I had a windshield replaced. They scheduled my service within two days. I asked the timeframe and they were within the time stated. The job was completed well and the workers were all very friendly and informational.

This was an easy and painless appt. I was greeted and quickly checked in. They quoted a waiting time and I was pleasantly surprised when they told me my vehicle was ready well under the quoted time. The technician was professional and friendly.
