I asked for a trim and she cut off inches .. should have been more communication as to how much she planned to cut off because I would not have agreed to it. A trim is not 3+ inches.. ridiculous!!!

I went to get a facial for the first time. Sarah was wonderful and very knowledgeable about skincare. She was extremely professional and the service was top tier. I felt so relaxed and my face and neck feels very hydrated and clean. I will definitely be back and recommend everyone to her. I can’t stop touching my face it’s so soft ❤️

Tonisha was Amazing! She listened to exactly what I wanted, made me comfortable, was very personable and I felt heard and understood. My hair looked amazing and love that I found a hair stylist that takes pride in her work! She’s special 😄

She had to cancel because she wasn’t feeling well. I booked last minute so it wasn’t a big surprise. She sounded very qualified so I might try to rebook in the future.

Mary did a fabulous job on my haircut and highlights. She is a fun person and I highly recommend her. I will be back. I didn’t get the emailed receipt, so I will ask her for it next time. I’m so glad I met Mary.

My stylist at Salon Concepts is Shannon from "Shannon's Hair Design ". I've always had a great experience & I always love my hair. Sometimes you have to wait a while to get an appointment with her, but she is well worth the wait!

I would not recommend this person to provide a service for anyone. She has a bad attitude and is very mouthy. She is not professional at all, maybe why she has to continue to offering her business for less on Groupon. I'm sure she has no retention. I have never written a bad review, this one was anything but pleasant ! Don't waste you time or money! She does not deserve one star. I have her one to be able to post this review

One of the best pedicures I've had. The cost was average, but the skill and attention to detail for both the massage/relaxing parts of the treatment and the actual nail/foot care was top notch. Would definitely return if I'm in the area.

I had an extension consultation with Shannon and she took the time to explain all the types available, gave great recommendations for my hair type and had no problem answering any questions I may have had, even if to me they seemed silly. She's extremely knowledgeable and I can't wait to see what my results will be.

Shannon was amazing!!! I have very fine/thin hair & have left many salons feeling completely hopeless & defeated. Shannon definitely had something very special...while I may have walked in feeling nervous for yet another fail, within three minutes of talking to her my mind was 100% at ease! I could tell she truly cared about her clients & making them happy for the long run. She didn’t pressure me to take a step I may regret, she took the time to explain all options & gave me her best explanation of each while allowing me to make each decision on my own. I’ve FINALLY found a hairstylist to fit my needs!!!
