No front desk. No front desk person. No sign on where to go. Very odd set up. Lady did not even show for my appointment I made after driving half hour. Can't get ahold of actual person here. Will never go back. Horrible experience. Out 95 dollars bc through Groupon and merchant declined EVEN THOUGH SHE DIDNT SHOW UP FOR MY APPOINTMENT

All booths are individually operated here. It's a cozy space. Parking is always difficult though.

As a former renter of a suite I want anyone interested or thinking about working at the Norwood location to watch out. The owner was hands on and helpful when he worked there. It's a chain with an overall good reputation. Unfortunately once the owner has you sign a contract the only people that have to abide by it are the renters. He no longer works there but he makes the decisions that violate your end of the contract and doesn't care what the results are. The corporate contract says he has to give a 30 day notice before any rate increases. You don't find out about your weekly rent payment going up 20% until you see your bank statement. The contract says you will be provided a concierge to guide incoming clients, safely for staff members, and be available if you are in need of assistance for problems that need to be fixed in your suite. Since he no longer works there and his wife does but clearly has no interest in working the concierge is hiding. The vending machine was broken for 5 months. The washing machine is always broken because it's not a commercial machine. The bathrooms use to be cleaned on a daily basis. The hallways were swept clean every morning. Etc. you get the picture. There is a wonderful person who does everything possible named Faith who does as much as one can expect on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. She rents a suite so she isn't available during all working hours like the contract states as well as the corporate website. She has to work and solve problems on the days the owners wife is supposed to be the concierge. She lets it be known she doesn't want to do anything. Bathrooms and hallways are dirty except for the days after the cleaning service comes in. If you or a client needs something she is nowhere to be found. I understand if she doesn't want to work there but it's a service that is promised to the renters so hire someone who wants to do the job. They know they can do whatever they want even if they are violating their end of the contract. They know it's not easy to move to a new location so they trap you. It's not worth it to take them to court as the end result will be they have to pay the money back they stole from you and you have to find another place to work anyway. They think their renters are a bunch of ignorant hairdressers or people who work in the beauty industry because they couldn't make it through college. In the end they will fall because of the way they treat their renters. You do not get what you pay for. It's unfortunate because it's a great set up and it seems other owners do what the corporation claims on the website. The rooms are nice and provide privacy and you are your own boss. The way the Cincinnati location is run you are trapped by a boss who made a mistake buying into the franchise and has no idea how to treat his tenants. Greg Myers is an architect who should do as he is told by his boss and has no idea how to run a business. His wife had to do a job she didn't want to do but if she is supposed to then do it. I feel sorry for the tenants that keep putting up with the rent increases that happen but nothing is done to see why they are needed and they blindside you with them. The renters are talented or they wouldn't be able to afford working there. Why is the cheap washing machine broken for weeks at a time when they have a brand new one sitting in an unrented suite????? Watch out for the dust bunnies on your way to your service. Once you get to the suite you will be fine.
