I've been dealing with Smyth Imports for a long time now and have never been at all disappointed. Also, I'm a bit of a do it myself kind of guy and Sam Smyth always has time to listen to me ramble on about my questions about my 1978 CJ 5 . He is a wonderfull man and honest business man. Sam and his family have serviced my cars , including a Bentley GTC ,a MB S63AMG and a GLC 43 AMG for the past two years . The service has always by far exceeded my past experiences with any other service department ! Thank you to you and your family Sam ! You guys are the best !!!

I can't say enough about Mr. Smyth. I called in today with a pretty complex issue on my Land Rover Discovery. While he wasn't able to help me directly, he actually spent a full half hour on the phone with me educating me about the issue. Giving me advice of where to go for assistance and genuinely cared about my situation. You simply do not find service and care like this anymore. Today's society is such a turn and burn quick serv market that no one wants to take the time to be helpful anymore. It was a refreshing change of pace to speak with Sam and see just how much he did care. I'm extremely grateful for the advice he gave me and plan to use his services in the future for any issues that may arise with my car.

I have a 2013 Bentley Continental GTC convertible. Check engine came on and Sam and Patrick took me without an appointment and repaired the light and replaced batteries and charger. Also Sam gave me the part number to order a grille and was excellent in his knowledge and service of Bentleys. SAM IS THE MAN!!! I will never take my car anywhere else ! Customer for life!

I absolutely recommend seeing Sam for anything you’d need on a classic import. I had questions and concerns about my 1965 MG 1300, and Sam not only answered my questions, but also taught me more about my car than any amount of googling could. Top notch service and advice, and an absolute wealth of knowledge. 100% recommendation for sure!

Sam Smyth diagnosed the problem with the starter from my 1978 Alfa Romeo Spider. I arrived without an appointment. Sam had the problem diagnosed within 30 minutes and i was on my way with a plan from Sam to get the starter functioning. Thanks Sam ! You are the best !

I called Sam to make an appointment to diagnose my BMW X5.
After telling him what was happening with my car, he diagnosed it over the phone. (The problem was that after sitting, the car was taking longer to start. Issue sticky check valve located at the fuel pump). Now it starts from cold after sitting for a few days very fast.
We ended up taking for about 20 min. He didn't want to charge me for the diagnosis.
Highly recommended ?.

I had an electrical issue on my '06 Aston Martin DB9. As I'm new to the area I found Sam Smyth online. Based on the great reviews I took the car there. Patrick fixed the issue and the car is as new again. Sam Smyth and son, Patrick, are both very knowledgeable when it comes to exotic/older cars. Finally purchased a long-time dream car of mine, an Aston Martin DB9 convertible. With no dealer in the vicinity I took it to Smyth Imported Car Service for some routine maintenance and check-out, having used them for service on several sports cars in my earlier lifetime. I'm extremely happy to report that the upcoming generation, Patrick Smyth, provided the same great service as I had always experienced. He is a professional and extremely devoted to his work, paying exceptional attention to detail. Sam went out of his way to not only fit us into his busy schedule, but also to help us out financially throughout the process. He made sure to recommend only necessary items and did the work at an extremely reasonable rate. He also has taken quite a bit of time out just to discuss the car with me to make sure that I was knowledgeable about what was going on. He and his son Patrick are kind and great to work with!
