Placed a pick-up order and received a message saying it's ready. I drive to the store and check-in. App says it'll be 5-10 minutes...I've been waiting 35 minutes. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

Placed an order to be delivered on Thursday, November 30 between 4 and 5 PM. No delivery took me almost an hour and a half to finally get in touch with somebody at Sam's on North Bend Rd. and by that time I was getting frustrated finally got confirmation that there was a mixup with the deliveries. One of the drivers was in an accident and they were trying to get somebody else to come pick the order up. Wait, wait wait it still no order Finally called back again after being on the phone for another 1520 minutes for somebody to finally pick up another 10 minutes to finally get in touch with a manager just to get the delivery rescheduled for today Thursday, December 1 between 4 and 6 PM still no delivery called was on hold waited for somebody to pick up took me almost an hour to finally get in touch with somebody and then come to find out that they're still having a mixup with their driversso unfortunately, no delivery order tonight or tomorrow. I am highly upset and no communication to tell me otherwise except for me calling and having to stay on the phone forever in a day to talk to a live body pretty irritated with Sam's Club right now.

I have been member of Sam's Club for over 20 years and have not received such an awful service as I have at Sam's club on Bend road Cincinnati! Placed an order to be delivered to my Son who is attending UC, it was supposed to be delivered Thursday 11/30 after calling the 800 number I was assured it was going to be delivered by the end of the day, no such luck! Called the club and after waiting for more than 30 minutes on the Phone I was told by Andrew that they are having trouble by their 3rd party transportation and assured me that the order will be delivered today between 12-2, again no delivery. called the club and was disconnected after waiting on hold for 36 minutes. Called Sam's club 800 number I was put on hold for 27 minutes and was disconnected again! They should get out of same day delivery service when they can not manage!

I ran over a large nail a few weeks back on a Sunday. I checked around to see if I could get it fixed that day instead of installing the temporary spare. I dropped my tire off at my local Sam's club in Springdale, they had my tire repaired in less that 2 hours. They made my day 100% better. I can depend on Sam's Club for replacement tires at a reasonable price time after time. Eight sets purchased to date.

Sam's Club is always a great place to go to buy your groceries in bulk. They best oart about is the fact that it's name brand items in bulk and not just your usual generic things. I like this because i always say what's the use of saving money at the expense of your dignity and pride. But i must say one of my biggest gripes about Sam's, is the lines that always greet you at checkout. Sometimes you can't even see the cashier or the scanner because of how long the lines are. But fear not i have found the secrets to getting in and out of Sam's quickly and and with no fuss. Tips for making your visit a success: 1) Curbside Pickup. It makes all the difference. If you know what you need and you want to be in and out, then this is the option for you. But if you want to go inside spend hours walking the establishment and standing in lines, then this is not for you. For me the only downside to curbside pickup is no samples, and i love the Sam's Club samples. 2) Get your gas while at Sam's. It is usually cheaper here and definitely faster if you have the app. If like shopping in bulk but don't like spending all day here, take my tips to heart.

Do not I repeat do not use Sam's pharmacy on North Bend Rd!!!!! I was overcharged for a prescription Tuesday for my dogs seizures medication. The same medication that I have filled from different pharmacies for less than half of what Sam's Club charged. The Pharmacist Greg was very indifferent. I got his attention when I mentioned writing a review of my experience. When I questioned the price difference he made reference to the price of GAS... also he was not truthful about calling another pharmacy for a price verification. This experience has definitely made me rethink my membership renewal.

I was waiting in the pick up today. The guy who was working on the carts seen a large heavy order being brought out. He stopped what he was doing and helped the girl in pick up load the large heavy order. Lots of water, drinks, etc. He could have walked passed. It was not his job but Jeremy I seen you. You are what I call a team player. Please recognize Jeremy as being an employee you need to keep. Great job helping out your co worker. I appreciated the kind gesture as a Sams customer. team work makes the dream work! Someone going over and above when they think no one is watching.

Just wanted to let everyone know that my wife and I bought two roasted chicken which we love , tonight and we got home and started to cut them up and both were raw, called customer service and we did get resolution to the problem but not the best customer service, just wanted to put that out there

This morning my friend an I was in Sams Club when Danny became dizzy, feeling like he was going to pass out. I cut my shopping short and went to check out. Danny was feeling faint an went an sat down. Dee Dee came up to us an offered to get him a drink an call 911. Darlene came up seen I needed to still check out an offered to take over so I could stay with Danny. We can not thank these wonderful ladies enough. From Dee Dee going to the back of the store for Gatorade and Darlene taking complete control in Cashing me out while I stayed with Danny. Kudos to Sams Club for hiring good caring women!

The store is fine, but checking out and getting out the door are nearly impossible. They have gotten rid of too many cashiers! Not everyone is capable of doing self checkout, or they 15 minutes to scan their own items! Then they put even slower people checking carts at the door! Today, there were lines down the aisle just to get out the door! This is ridiculous!!

Need a 5 lb. box of Goldfish crackers? We got'cha. Looking for a box of 54 Bagel Bites? We see you. And while you're at it, don't forget the double package of 350 multi vitamins. Just toss them in the cart with your 60 inch flat screen tv and you're good to go. I had a Sam's Club membership many years ago and just recently got another. At 7 p.m. on a Saturday night, the place was clean enough and since there weren't many shoppers, there was no wait for self check-out. I am curious though as to why they card you at the door? You can't purchase anything without a membership so this seems pointless.
