We got new tires when got truck back had no brakes they broke the brake line fluid all over the inside of truck and where they lifted it up in garage. They better take care of this.

I like costco better but they are fine for what they have. Deals of month are nice. 4.99 chicken is great. Hard to get in tire appointment. Long lines at checkout and servicedesk. They are pushing self checkout or app checkout. Charges for delivery or pickup. Gas is cheaper in price. Not a lot of employees on floor. Sample days are fun. Desserts are good deals. Most portions are big.

I joined Sam's this past summer because they were offering a deal on memberships. I have a love/hate relationship with this location as many times the service sucks and the stuff are "out to lunch." Other visits though are great and staff are helpful and selection of products is great. I do like the experience at Costco (next to my work) better but the convenience of Sam's close to my home pulls me there.

Today I had the worst experience I've ever had at any sams club. The "manager" Calvin was extremely rude to my wife and I because they messed up a cake that we ordered and we just wanted a new one with what we ordered. When I showed up to pick up the new cake he had the audacity to tell me he was going to revoke my membership, had three guys escort me out and rudely asked for the cake back so he could resell it after it had already left the store for a few hours. Calvin is very unprofessional and rude.

Walmart very own Big Box store Sam's club. This location is always clean and well organized the staff are always helpful and willing to take time to help. Highly recommend this Sam's location.

It was such a breath of fresh air today ! I was shopping this afternoon at Sam's Club and my toddler fell asleep in my arms before I could get checked out. The checkout process was so smooth! They unloaded my cart for me and helped me with 2 different transactions with nothing but smiles!! The best part was on my way out someone jumped behind me and asked if they could push my cart to my car for me while I carried my sleeping child. It’s not always easy shopping with kids but today was such a great experience!

I just have to leave a review about my experience today. Every single worker that I came in contact with said hello to me and my daughter or good morning. It was really nice. Then I left to get gas at the Sam’s gas station and my daughter was crying in her seat so James at the gas station offered to pump my gas so I could hold my daughter. I just want them to know how helpful that was! It’s very stressful when you have a screaming child. So THANK YOU!

Sam's is horrible. The variety is not good and you are better off going to Walmart since they have a better selection. Don't get me started on the parking spaces. Who design it? Sam sucks!

Went shopping today at my local Sam's Club and wore my mask as required by Ohio law. Unfortunately there were several shoppers not wearing masks at all and just leaving them sitting in their carts. Others had their mask pulled down around their neck or not covering their nose. Most people wore masks and showed personal responsibility for themselves and others. I asked several shoppers to wear their mask and they pulled them up but then pulled them back down after I passed. We

The Pharmacy team was amazing. I came in to pick up my moms prescriptions because she is sick, they were so helpful, explained everything I needed to let her know, and the pharmacist herself checked me out and helped with so much than she had too. Why is it SO hard to update a membership. I have a company card, it expired and because my name wasnt on the account I couldnt update even though I was paying. She took my card and told me very RUDE that there is nothing she can do. I asked for the card back and she stated "why you cant use it?" So I left the store and the owner of the practice went to update the membership. He said they told him they cant give him a card replacement. WHAT!? She didnt even give my card back?? ITS A MEMBERSHIP FOR GROCERIES. I can not for the life of me comprehend the strictness and nastiness you have to go through to UPDATE YOUR CARD.

Very disappointed in my experience this morning of being told I could not enter the store due to not being a plus member, I understand that you instituted new parameters but having a grace period would really save face. I have come to Sam’s Club several times before 10am and have never been told “we are changing to plus shopping only before 10am effective “x” date.” Also, changing your hours on google could be equally effective.
