Schwab's Outdoor Power Equipment

Hours: Schwab's Outdoor Power Equipment is a family owned and run business with a fine reputation built over many years. It is known as a very affordable place to shop for outdoor equipment and parts. The staff is consistently described as knowledgeable, friendly, and providing great customer service and outstanding service. They are noted for being fair with pricing and doing a good job on tune-ups and repairs, with reasonable prices. Employees focus on ensuring products meet customer needs without upselling. The business carries products like Cub Cadet mowers and provides valuable services such as setup, testing, and demonstration upon delivery, which big box stores do not offer. However, some customers note that the business does not accept American Express or Cub Cadet credit card financing, which can be an inconvenience. Delivery costs for locations beyond a certain distance can also be a point of contention for some. While most experiences are positive, there have been rare mentions of a calibration oversight during a mower setup. Overall, Schwab's is viewed as a bedrock retailer with a very knowledgeable staff and a pleasant owner, leading many customers to state they will continue doing all their shopping for outdoor equipment there.
