I have very high hopes about this place sing I have visited a different location when I went in there was no one to greet me I stood for 20 minutes and still got no assistance from anyone and then when I asked questions about the merchandise I was interested in purchasing I was treated as though I was more of an inconvenience I would not recommend this location

Reading these reviews are a bit confusing. I know this location USED to be a Sears but this is for American Freight.Anyway, wife and I were looking for a dresser/mirror combo. Looked online before heading to store to see what was actually "in stock" and ready to go. The one we really liked showed in stock ready for pick up today, however it was not. The lady who was helping us called other stores and they didn't have it either. We ended up buying our 2nd choice, but next time I will call the store 1st to verify they have the product before going. Other than that, the quality was better than I expected in the price range we looked at today.

Great staff. Great products. Nick was amazing and helped us pick out the perfect furniture for our needs, in our price range, and even arranged for delivery to our home. Will definitely be back for all our future furniture needs.

I went with my sister to this American Freight location. She was looking for an affordable sectional and a mattress, box spring set. Ian was amazing. He helped her get the sectional that she wanted as well as found her a mattress and box spring on clearance. She had a great experience. I can't say enough about the superior customer service, patience and professionalism that Ian exhibited. The next time I am in the market for furniture or appliances I will definitely check out this American Freight location.
