I was at the kenwood mall and walked in to Sephora and it was 9:40 something about 15 -20 til closing and I walked and the women standing there was talking to someone and saying something about them closing at 9 and I looked at her saying oh you closing right now and she look at me and said yes we close at 9 like it was already 9 so I walked out because she was about to close the doors and I just wanted to look at something real quick but instead I walked out because I felt bad going in if she was closing the doors and kicking people out at 9:40 something

I have never been in this store. I was picking up items for someone else and Casey was amazing. The girl behind the counter was rude, unprofessional, and she was had a very condescending attitude. She will cause people to never shop in the store again. She had shoulder length hair and kind of wavy. I didn’t get her name. But ugh. She is not an asset to the team.

It was a good sephora one of mY favorite ones to go to except there was this one employee who was really rude while we were checking out and he said this girls you need to learn money here let me do it and then later we found out that he took an extra 20 dollars from us

The worst Sephora store ever! I'm Italian and I asked the sales clerk to repeat what she was telling me at the time of payment. Once she realized that I didn't speak the language well, she acted annoyed and beat me for the same product twice, making me pay twice. When I came back to point out to her that there had been a mistake, once again annoyed, she proceeds with a return and says to me: "here you can leave". I ask you if having made a return, it would have resulted in my account and therefore losing points. She answers me that yes, it would have turned out since I was making a return. I would like to point out that the mistake was yours, not mine, so you could have simply deleted the receipt and redo it, (chargeback) and not proceed with a return that would have resulted in my loyalty program. She tells me that it's not her problem and she couldn't have done anything. I ask her to talk to someone else, she goes to call her manager and promptly removes the name tag placed on her shirt. The manager tells me "oh I'm sorry, I can't do anything, we're just very busy and busy, the saleswoman made a mistake so our policy works like this. I ask for the girl's name so I can call customer service (since she had already removed the nameplate) and she laughs in my face and says: I won't tell you. She kept laughing and talking badly about me as I also left the store. Every time I go to this store, I deal with the rudeness of the shopkeepers and with them trying to cheat you in every possible way, even with gift cards.

Me and my sister were at the cashier and a black woman was there to greet us and check us out. She was very stern and kinda rushed us, when we were done she took the customer behind us and it was two white girls. And her attitude quickly changed and was being nice to them and greeted them with a “Hello!”… we weren’t greeted with a hello just a stern gesture. It’s heartbreaking to see that there’s still racism for Hispanics..

What I love most is how accessible the staff is for questions or suggestions—there’s no sense of being overwhelmed, as they strike the perfect balance between being helpful and allowing you to explore at your own pace.

Received 2 gift cards at 2 separate times and neither one work. When presented at the store I was told they do not have a balance on them.

Ashley helped me find an eyeshadow palatte that worked with my complexion and didn’t have a billion colours! She was very kind and patient.
I can’t remember who checked me out but they were also very kind and hooked me up with their rewards system very quickly.

pretty busy on a weekday, but had a wonderful experience nonetheless! each staff member I met was super patient and cheerful, and I have to give major props to Miranda and Logan! The two of them are so sweet and helped me out a lot with color matching and recommendations for my skin type!

What more can I say? Sephora has a nice selection of health and beauty products. This location was busy the day I visited, but the staff was nice and helpful.
