Unfortunately they have a little short chubby fella that just voided my rewards which payoff pretty good after 10 fill ups 20 or more so to blatantly lie to me when I confronted him on it isn't okay also he shorted my change which I'll wear for not counting right there but tells me he a liar and a thief . So to save myself from from the hassle of checking him I'll shop elsewhere so just pay attention there

I used to be a regular here until the last few times I noticed different employees. Also I got the eye and watch from this cashier lady.just so happens to be on the phone, I'm sure she's wasn't supposed to be lol . i heard he drives like a sports car 🤣 I'm like it's not a sports car dummy laughed and said the hell I look like stealing out of shells? I said I make more than you in three days then you make in a week left the store. I miss the old employees I noticed when i drive pass it's start to get less and less customers only thing is saving them is gas the lottery and tobacco stop hiring these scaredy cats weird cashier's

Arrived to get gas, doors locked and closed with be right back sign. Than once finally greeted the young lady was rude. Asked to get gas on a pump only to be told "no" rudely, the pump doesnt work. Well a sign would be nice. Just rude attitude messed yl the entjre experience

Seems like a fine place but the last several times I’ve been they have no squeegee liquid or paper towels at the pumps.

Usually Id give this station 5 stars; however it gets one star today. The last few people this station has hired are rude, and that's putting it mildly. Add insult to injury, they don't know how to do their job properly. Today I go in and ask for 2 draws on my lottery tickets. The girl behind the counter plays each ticket twice instead of running them for two draws. Then tells me 'well it doesn't have that option.' Which is BS because I did her job for close to 30 years. And for Mega Millions and Power Ball, the set up is the same everywhere, and I told her as much. She didn't ask "would you like me to enter them in manually" or anything. Unfortunately I didn't have time to make her redo them properly. Bottom line, the first thing she should have done was offered to redo the tickets even if it meant she had to renter them manually. She could have even said to fill out a ticket because the machine couldn't run it off the tickets. By the way, it was literally 3 numbers. It wasn't like the person holding up the counter for hours playing 500 worth of lotto tickets. Literally 3 separate lines of numbers for power ball and mega millions. That was it. Apparently no one trained her on the difference between a draw and a line of lotto.

This Shell station is conveniently located on Queen City avenue on the west side of town. It is at a fairly busy intersection with a UDF gas station just across the street. This helps create a sometimes competitive environment for gas prices. Like the Shell station in my neighborhood it has a convenience store that also offers Chester's chicken. I have not had a reason to go into the store as I have not experienced any problems at the pumps. With the number of pumps available I rarely have to wait for an open pump to pull up to. Kroger fuel points and the Fuel Rewards discounts are accepted here. The one issue I have had with this location is the pulling back out into the street after filling my tank with gas during busy traffic times of the day. Until next time be kind to each other. #shell
