I often stop here because I work across the street. Last Friday I stopped in to get a little bit of gas and use my KrogerPlus card. During my transaction the cashier canceled my Kroger points and I asked what happened? He looked at me and said “I don’t know”!! These are some of the rudest people in the customer service business. I definitely would not be going back to this location. Get away

One of the staff members, the young, heavy set, balding guy who sometimes wears a wig, is always very rude and pretends to not speak English when it comes to telling people their totals for purchases and giving people their proper change. He purposely keeps the register display on the left blocked from customer view so they can’t see their totals and change. He then purposely speaks broken English to deceive people into paying more I believe so he can keep the change and over charge. He gets mad when you ask for a receipt or your exact total. Very suspect. Also since I’ve been using my cards there I keep getting mysterious ghost charges once or twice a month for slightly above and below $5 that me nor my financial institutions can trace. Had to replace my cards. The rest of the staff there seems friendly, fair and legit but that guy is bad news. I’ve seen him do it to other customers, not just myself. I will no longer be frequenting that establishment due to what they allow that guy to get away with. On top of that he’s very rude and him and the young short skinny guy always insult the customers in their native language. Including myself. I know because I use my phone translating tool. I’ve caught them on several occasions then they act stupid when you ask them to repeat what they said. Don’t use your cards there and always ask for a receipt! They should be reported to the Ohio department of taxation for tax fraud at the least.#ohiodepartmentoftaxation #fraud #theft

Stopped here to fill air in my car. they charge $1.50 for 3 minutes (all quarters) on an air pump that doesn't work. and they refuse to exchange more than $2 into quarters 'due to policy'. so I spend $3 and 6 minutes filling air into my car. the system actually **reduces tire pressure** (as said it doesn't work). i then have to drive 2 miles to find a fuel station where the air pump works (and accepts Mastercard by they way). what a scam! p.s: btw some good samaritan heard the dialog i was having with the cashier, traded $2 into quarters and brought it back to me (which is why I had $3 worth of quarters)!. thx to the gentleman in case he reads it

Never had a problem with this place just giving it 3 stars because there isn't a 3 star review yet. Plus there is a Mexican food truck there now
