Great Location but, the gas prices are always higher than other station. Small mini market is everything you would expect from a gas station. 4 pumps, whenever I go at least one is out of service.

THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY HIGH COMPARED TO OTHER STORES AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU , IF YOUR NOT PAYINH ATTENTION! I got a HOIST drink ($2.69) and a small bag of grippos ($1.29) they tried to charge me $4.90! So I put the chips back… now you do the math 2.69+1.29=$3.98!!!!!! So pay attention or their get your money!Sad that these people do this to people. I won’t come here anymore ,there’s stores close by that I’m sure wouldn’t do this!

Do not get gas here!!! Went to pump, put my card in went through all the motions. Pull the pump out and get into my car to have zero gas that was put in. Tried to ask them if there was something wrong with the pump if I could switch to another they said no the pump was working fine my car must just be saying my tank is empty and they won’t do anything about it. Front desk worker called the manager and the manager tried to explain to me how gas works that it’s still my car and they won’t give a refund or let me switch pumps. Now I’m out money and the manager was extremely rude. zero stars if I could.

This Shell station has a nice location at an intersection across the street from Kroger (whose loyalty points they accept) and near a number of shops and restaurants. There are several pumps, and all were in service at the time of our visit. We were in and out quickly and efficiently and were able to handle everything at the pump.

These guys are ridiculous. I buy 2.4 packs of menthol vuse pods and they never have the pack with as many as I ask for so they try to ring me up single packs. However they don't give me 2 single packs for the price of one 2 pack they're trying to charge me the price of 2 single packs. This has happened 2 times now and I'm gonna quit going to that gas station.

I put $20 in gas and it literally did nothing. It said it pumped it but I left and my gas gauge didnt move at all. I drive a car with a 16 gallon tank, it would have been noticable. Should have been at least 6 gallons.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. I know that still wouldn't make a difference. I have been pleased with this place for years, until yesterday. I went inside of the station to pay early in the morning. I didn't catch the name of the male cashier, but he was older. He asked me to swipe my kroger plus card and it didn't work. He finally offered to simply scan it for me, did so, and then proceeded to slam my card on the counter instead of handing it back like a decent person. Not acceptable. As I mentioned earlier, I've been giving you my business for years. I expect the same respect that I've given to be returned. Period.

There is no option to give zero rating hence giving one star. Filled the gas, went inside the store to use rest room, the old guy replied rest room is already cleaned, can’t be allowed to use till next day. Shocked to see how this guy is damaging shell brand in such a pathetic way
