Called on 11/16 and talked to a gentleman on the phone. I asked about a Mossberg 590 retrograde and was informed that they had it. I then asked if the worker could confirm it was a 20inch barrel. He a assured me it was a 20 inch barrel because that’s “standard” in his words. He set it aside for me and I made the 30 min drive down there then waited in line for 30 min just to find out it was the 18.5 inch barrel. The employee then starts to make up information saying they only make the 590 retro grade in 18.5 inch (which is a lie) and the only 20 inch is a 590 retrograde A1 (which is a lie ). Staff if not well informed and to lazy to even check the specifics on a gun over the phone. Will just lie to sell anything. Would recommend to purchase firearms elsewhere.

Took the CCW course yesterday with Rick and thoroughly enjoyed it. Learned a ton and feel like I have the basic knowledge to be a responsible handgun owner. I’d recommend this course and place of business for anyone interested in becoming a responsible gun owner.

The place is clean the staff is very helpful, experienced, and professional. They have safety personnel in the range that's experienced with all firearms and are more than willing to help you better adjust your sights, work on your stance, loading and unloading etc.

Employees were friendly and helpful. The range safety officer was great. Pretty nice facility. I would have preferred having people spaced out more in the lanes, but it was ok.

My girlfriend took me for my birthday and let me tell you instructor Andrea was amazing she was super patient and insightful i would definitely recommend her classes to anyone wanting to learn 10/10

Very professional staff. Bought a a firearm there and it went smoothly as possible. They took mine in trade and I was able to pick up 2 extra magazines for my new pistol right there as well as 4 boxes of critical defense rounds. The price was right and I remembered them when I wanted to buy one for my wife. I recommend Range USA ?? to anyone looking to buy firearms and practicing shooting their skills!

For starters Im 20 years old. I visited this location today to learn about and possibly shoot a long firearm, however, I was shut down faster than i could ask a single question. The range employee informed me that they are unable to rent firearms to new customers and that i would have to have someone who knows how to shoot with me. Which is understandable if everyone had someone to teach them. I felt upset and frustrated because now i have to either take a class or bring a stranger who can shoot which are both impossible for myself. Everyone i asked about learning to shoot says “go to the range and they will teach you”, welp I spent 30 dollars in gas going to a range on my off day to be sent right back out their front door.
