Jason was very friendly and helpful in the office. He showed me several different services available online! It’s very convenient to be able to pay and even rent a new unit without even having to drive to the office at all! Would give 10 stars if possible!!!

Gerald is absolutely amazing! I received a discount rate the first month. Unfortunately,. after my 1st full monthly payment I was notified that my rent would go from about $120 to $156! I know they say they have option to raise rent, but by the 2nd full month and for that much. Iwould not have rented.

I travel 360 days a year away from home, and at times I collect more stuff than I likely need in life, so often times I have a storage rental where I’m at. Over the last six months I’ve had a unit at iStorage in Norwood Oh, and it was great. Easy access, safe, private, all the things you could want and need without any of the games or challenges others guys try to pull. Beyond the building / unit I rented, Gerald at the front desk is awesome. He’s always happy, always watching the place, and keeps it looking good. If you need storage, go here, see Gerald, 10/10.
