Brandi Porter at the Madison Road i storage was extremely helpful and professional in assisting me with my storage closure and re-opening. She was very thorough and went over all the details and answered all my questions in a very professional manner. I have storage at the Marburg location as well and she has provided me with a very pleasant clean storage unit. I will definitely refer I storage do all my friends thanks again have a nice day.

We had a great experience at IStorage! Brandi, the Field Storage site Manager/ was wonderful! She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us excellent service while we were there. The storage rooms were very clean, safe, temperature controlled and were very affordable, the best prices in town! I highly recommend IStorage!

If there were an option to give less than one star, I would. They continue to increase the rent significantly in a very short period of time. I started at $48, and now I’m paying $69 for the exact same storage unit. I do not recommend them at all. I’m planning to leave this storage facility and look for a better, more reliable company.

The gentleman that assisted me, was Sam. Although he was new he was extremely kind and helpful and made sure to provide me with all my best options. Regarding the company as a whole, the only recommendation I would make is that they purchase more flat beds to help when moving in and out. There were only two on site when we arrived and as people began to show up they found themselves waiting for extended periods until they became available. We were lucky this time but I’m concerned about future trips that I may need to make seeing that most of our items are extremely heavy.

Easy to set up an account. The place is very clean! The lady who runs the facility is super nice and funny. I highly recommend this facility.
