I honestly don't know of any other storage unit company that gives this level of service. Brandi is completely amazing in every way. She is an unexpected blessing when you least expect it. She is kind, professional and understanding, yet she still manages to do her job. They will have my business for years to come

I live in Los Angeles and have a unit at this facility. The staff there are professional, friendly, and very attentive.Brandi, in particular, has made everything a great experience for me. She is very diligent about communicating with me consistently and looking out for my interest. She's atop-shelf staff member for sure!
