I’ve have dealt with this facility for over 10 years and I’ve never seen it look this bad. I can never get in or reach the office, but they want to send me a rent increase and I’ve barely been in there for a month. You send an email on the day that your suppose to be closed. My first time going to the facility since I moved my daughter stuff in and the next day I get a email about a rent raise… That’s suspicious to me.

Been with them a year, they raise prices every year and I found some of my belongings chewed and a dead mice in my unit. I would suggest a heat controlled one if you looking for a indoor one

Shannon was very helpful and pleasant! While we were preparing to move into our storage unit she made sure to contact us in a timely manner when what we were looking at became unavailable and let us know our other options. We ended up needing to transfer to a bigger unit and she made sure to get it done for us. She is a great example of how a great representative can really impact your experience. Thank you!

The property manager Shannon was very professional, kind & helpful ! The property is very clean & well maintained. The storage units are really nice & clean. My husband & I will gladly do business here again if we need storage in the future.
