Rude, and unable to communicate your concerns or questions. 3 VERY NARROW Aisle’s of shoes, one way in and one way out (im sure this is a fire hazard).Shoe store located in the Urban community yet no desire to serve this community. Owner and cashier hovering as you shop.Not a comfortable or welcoming place to shop.

they have a wide of variety of shoes but the store is disappointing, no help for customers, the organization of the store was horrible, isles are extremely small, u literally have to rub up against someone to get past them, there are very few chairs to sit and try on shoes, so u basically have to stand in the small isles and try on shoes, the shoes were a bit pricey for the quality of the shoes, if u want to wait a month or so for delivery, the shoes can be found online way cheaper, but thats the price we pay for convenience, the biggest disappointment for me is that out of hundreds of womens shoes there were about 15-20 pair that offered a size 11 and those were unattractive, i did find a pair of size 11 sandals on the clearance wall for $5.99 which was a good deal until i got home and realized it was 2 different shoes.....

One of the best shoe stores I've come across in cincinnati!!! Most all of the shoes I seen on Ali Express are here. Great deals everytime I come in store.

It is a small store but i love their shoes purses pretty much everything that's in there. I've never had any problems there with returns but i don't do them often. They don't say anything when u come in but i don't really care because I'm there to buy stuff. They will help you though if u have any questions, one of the lady workers helped me find some good shoes for my niece. That was a year and a half ago they are still nice not worn out same with my shoes

They do not open at the times they have listed. They open whenever they feel like it. That’s very unprofessional. Please correct your store hours . When you walk in the store they don’t acknowledge you.

Customer service is horrible but they have cute cheap shoes for every woman style. The place is super small. Not able to social distance at all

I wish I could give simply show no stars. My fiancé brought a pair of shoes from there. She didn't have the shoes 24 hours and they broke on her. According to their policy they will do an exchange. They wouldn't exchange her shoes claiming they didn't break but had been cut.. she said she could buy more shoes and be given 50% although policy states exchange. Don't waste your money!! Buyer beware!!

I love this place. They always have what I need when I need last minute shoes for an event or occasion.
