Do not waste your money on this bed. It’s absolutely terrible and the app never works. I am constantly having to unplug the bed so that the bed will just go back to a flat position. It’s overly frustrating and not worth the headache. I wish I had never gotten this bed.

Worst customer service ever!! I will never buy nor tell anyone to purchase from sleep number. I cannot say anything about the eastgate store per se, this review is over sleep number as a general company. I purchased a bed and adjustable frame on May 24th and setup delivery for June 6th. With numerous emails and texts (12 in total I think) stating my delivery was scheduled for June 6th. I was contacted the afternoon of the 5th stating the base was not in inventory and had to push back two weeks to the 19th. I purchased everything two weeks prior and for it not to be in inventory wasn’t my problem, it was theirs. So after numerous calls with customer service getting nothing done, other than their minimal 5% discount. The fact that I was told I would be given a call back from a representative that never returned a call to discuss compensation options. I now have to take the pillows back myself because they will charge you to send a return label. For a million dollar company to make a mistake and give my inventory to someone else, and then expect me to wait is ridiculous, without better compensation. This whole process has been an absolute disaster and I would never spend the amount of money like that to be treated as if they don’t give a rats behind. I’ve been in customer service for years and it’s saddening this is they way people are treated. Another great company that starts with p has helped in every aspect and will buy from them forever. Shows what a little customer service does!

Genero and Brandon made buying a bed easy! Very knowledgeable and friendly people. We easily could have spent all day there just talking. They made the process fun, informative and comfortable. Hopefully I won’t be bed shopping for quite some time but if I do this is where I will go. 10/10 recommend.

This review is in relation to the Sleep Number customer service dept. They were rude and unhelpful. Long story short, we bought a bed we have been very happy with for years. It is a split king size that has two separate air mattresses - one on each side. Recently ONE has started leaking, so we called customer service to look into replacing it. After they told us our warranty would still cover 24%, they insisted that we have to buy the set of two mattresses even though only ONE has a problem - even though I can go online and only buy one. But they would not honor the warranty unless we bought two. And they were incredibly rude about it. And this was the manager that we asked to speak to.

Best day ever buying a bed. Brandon and Randy are great. There was no pressure to buy anything and are really knowledgeable.

comfy if it doesn’t break and you enjoy sleeping on your couch. after buying the bed for $2500 within a year, it has started breaking. We have replaced all parts , at our expense. They are very hard to work with. do not care that the bed keeps breaking.

Great experience. Brandon was extremely knowledgeable about the product. He skillfully demonstrated all of the options available to us. We had the opportunity to test drive each level of mattress to help us make the right decisions for us. No pressure, he just let the product do the selling.

These guys are the best people ever. Very respectful no pushy sales tactics. Our sleep specialist his name was Jeff really good person very funny but very knowledgeable and serious at the same time.

Really had a very good experience with the Sleep Number team over in Eastgate!All 3 team members worked with us and made it a very enjoyable experience as we worked our way through all the different types of Sleep Number beds, accessories, etc!Our primary sales person was Brandon, who had just started at the store in early January, and he was very good to work with for our sale!

This review is really just about the associate Steven. I don't want to say exactly how he exceeded my expectations with his customer service simply because I don't want people to expect him to do that all the time. But he was so patient and willing to help with every step of the process that my fiancé and I were equally happy with our purchase and to have met him. Awesome guy
