Erin at sleep outfitters in Eastgate was wonderful to deal with when shopping for a new mattress. She was very informative. The mattress is perfect. I had to exchange the box spring for a different height and it went smoothly. I contacted Erin and she handled everything. The delivery people were also great.

Sleep Outfitters was incredibly accommodating to work with. They help coordinate shipping logistics to our jobsite and kept in constant communication with our team. As all construction goes, the move-in date is a moving target. Erin at Sleep Outfitters was professional and accommodating each time we had to move our ship date. Would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a mattress company.

Erin is THE BEST!! We went directly to the discounted floor models while she was checking out another guest, and as soon as she came back and heard I have chronic pain issues she said Me too and went to work finding my perfect mattress. She explained in detail how each aspect of the mattress affects different pain issues. She was very knowledgeable, even expert in mattress build and sleep dynamics. She didn't assume anything about my pain or preferences tho, asked lots of questions and guided us through the selection of our Beautyrest. We commiserated over the medical system, shared pain care providers, and basically became besties over 2 visits. She didn't immediately redirect me to the full price models, and encouraged us to try several and go back to the clearance before rejecting it. She wasn't pushy about us needing to check other stores, but did follow up with us with a full estimate on the series 2 that we tested there. We ended up going back to her and ordering a series 3 that I tried at another store, just because of her sales skills. Will highly recommend her!
