Smale Riverfront Park is a scenic and excellent park along the river, serving as a welcoming gateway to the community. It is a peaceful escape with beautifully landscaped gardens, terrific water and bridge views, and nice walking paths. The park is designed with people and the environment in mind, built as terraces that accommodate seasonal flooding. It offers a wonderful experience with fun interactive playgrounds, including multiple areas for children with swings and water sprinklers. Visitors can relax on the lounging swings overlooking the river, enjoy the colorful flower beds, and hear the gentle sounds of the fountains. It is a great place to walk a dog, with plenty of grassy areas for a picnic. The bridge looks beautiful lit up at night, making it a nice spot at dusk and for viewing fireworks. Public restrooms are available. It is considered one of the best city parks in the entire country, a transformed and happening greenspace perfect for a leisurely stroll, a family outing, or simply enjoying the beauty of the Cincinnati waterfront.

A great park with a great view. Although not a lot of flat ground area for sport activities, it is a great park for a picnic or stroll through downtown Cincinnati. The flowers and plants are beautiful. The location is also very convenient as it is close to several restaurants.
