They can’t answer phone calls, they also ship out the wrong size shoes. Only way to get a hold of them is to go up to the location. Worst customer service.

Really shipped two different sizes and I have no one to talk to. Also they canceled the order to my other shoes and still haven’t refunded the money. Worst place to get shoes.

They had 40 % off another 10 when you log in .I had 2 pairs in my cart.I was not feeling the best so I waited a few hours to go put the cash on my card .I just got back on the site i see the total is 150 dollars more lol Sniped.They are ugly anyways the good ones are 155 now the ugly are also they will sit.

They had a shoe on display. And assumed they couldn't find the mate that was the darn display shoe. She so called the manager in which he didn't answer nor called back.They have shoes on display and they don't have them in the back to sell. That's false advertising

My 70 year old mother in law bought my son $400 worth of clothes for Christmas last year with cash. The clothes ended up being too big so she tried to return them with tags still on with the receipt. The cashier refused to take the clothes back because he told her the clothes smelled like weed. My 70 year old mother in law does not smoke weed, she never has in her entire life. I don’t know if he just didn’t have enough cash in his drawer to refund her money or just didn’t want to refund such a large sale but he was super rude to her and made her cry. We will NEVER shop here again.
