I have bought many designer clothes here over the years, but I am most impressed with their furniture and household goods! I bought beautiful furniture that some of my family still uses!

(Beechmont, Friday afternoon) this place owes me a star for putting up with the rude old women working there. As soon as I walked in the door the two women working the front walked away and didn’t want to give me the time of day. One of them finally turned around but she made it blatantly obvious she didn’t want to look at any of the items I brought in. She made sure to note that a few items had some fuzz on them or were ever so slightly wrinkled and quickly gave them back to me. Took my things down the road to another consignment shop and they accepted everything I gave them and and even did it with a smile ?.Is it obvious that I won’t be returning?

To the lady whom wears glasses and worked last Friday(7-21) in the Hyde Park location- shame on you. Your lack of professionalism in talking to my daughter (a potentially new customer of whom I recommended she go to you allAs I have done for years) is utterly disgraceful and completely rude. First- Snooty Fox is a consignment store, NOT a high luxury boutique. It’s overpriced consignment. The manner in which you “looked her over”, addressed her like she was 12, and THEN proceeded to tell her that her items “looked like she didn’t take care of her personal belongings” … no words. As a current customer I am totally ashamed of you. Is this they way you always operate with your other potential clients? The way in which you “degraded” my daughter, in front of people in the store when she just wanted to have you look at the work clothes(luxury and name brands that you currently carry) and become a client, I can only imagine listening to your tone that this isn’t the only time you have done that. Shame on you.To those looking to consign your luxury and brand name items, please consider a different store, as there are many better ones in Cincinnati. #dobetter

The employees act as busy as a CEO running a Fortune 500 company, and equally as bothered by the “peasants” who come in to consign their belongings. They’re curt, and the name of the establishment matches the personality trait they must look for in their staff. I’d recommend that the staff take into consideration that the items people are bringing in to consign may have belonged to a beloved member of the family, and the seller may simply not have a need or space to retain the item. Courtesy, compassion, and kindness are key.

This is my favorite location. The staff is always friendly and the quality of items is top notch! The lack of five stars comes from most of the furniture already being sold out at 10:30am on a sale day.

Very nice people. Sold some clothes there, got a much better deal than their competitor (C. M.). But, I should have done my homework, because you have to wait a few weeks before your items will sell. But great place overall.
