Somerhaus Events Venue is a 3,080 sq ft dedicated events space in a beautiful converted warehouse building on Republic Street in OTR, close to Washington Park. It features an eclectic, modern, and fun design with interesting furnishings and art, plenty of greenery, and classic pieces in an industrial-chic setting that needs very little added decor. The venue is perfect for intimate weddings, welcome parties, corporate events, private parties, and more. Guests describe it as a lovely, unique, and one-of-a-kind space in a great location. Reviews highlight the wonderful, communicative, and incredibly helpful team, who are great to work with, very flexible, and go above and beyond to ensure events run smoothly. The staff is awesome and very helpful with planning and execution. The bar receives frequent compliments for being amazing, with great drinks and friendly service. The space comfortably fits groups from small parties up to around 90 guests with catering and a dance floor. A noted consideration is that parking can be an issue, as with any downtown location. Overall, the venue is highly recommended for creating a memorable event.
I would choose Somerhaus time and time again! Somerhaus made planning and executing our wedding simple. Beth was a great resource to us throughout the process and the space was amazing on the day. The location in OTR makes it easy to get to from a multitude of AirBnbs and gave our guests lots to do before the wedding.

We hosted a nonprofit supporter event at Somerhaus and Beth was great to work with! We heard so many compliments from our guests on the space and the drinks. Beth was very helpful and we enjoyed the flexibility of the venue. Highly recommend!
