Place is all electronic now. They don't tailor to everyone needs. Elderly woman walked in and asked if she could do a walk in. She struggled with using electronics. I needed an appointment just to drop the stuff off since I changed providers. So glad I switched because the woman did not even try to assist her. I asked the customer service rep if everything is really online because there are people who don't know how to or struggle with electronics. She said to me times are changing and they are tough out of luck then. No sympathy, no remorse, heartless response. I am so glad I switched. If anyone who struggles with using the internet or electronics, who needs assistance that's not all online. Go to altra fiber. Don't waste your time here.

Price keeps going up service speeds go down. Dont fall for the 400mbps lies heres a speed test to prove it. All you get with 5ghz wifi all you get is 71 mbps

I came here to pick up my equipment, got home and noticed I was missing a cord. I wasted 15 minutes driving back to the store only for them to tell me they were out, but failed to inform me that when I initially picked up my equipment. I called customer service and they told me I could try another store but they were unable to contact them or even see what inventory they had. I chose to just get the cord shipped, which is a huge inconvenience as I needed the service today. I wasn’t offered anything for the inconvenience and this has made me second guess if I should even continue with Spectrum. I am very disappointed and made sure to file a complaint for them wasting my time twice.

Was there to change service providers and Marnisha helped us out. They were very busy and she took very good care of us. It was just her and a fellow associate and they were doing a great job taking care of everyone needs and they were very friendly while doing it. I was nervous with all the negative reviews about this location but they were great! Thanks for the great service!

I hate spectrum and every single person i talked to on the phone don’t get me wrong. But the people at this location were so so sweet and helpful. They are the only reason I was able to get anything figured out with my internet. The phone people also quoted me 81 a month for 1GB and at the store they gave me the back to school deal and only quoted me 66! So, this review is a 5 star specifically for the staff at this location, definitely not spectrum in general. I would give spectrum itself a big fat ZERO.

I really don't understand why I pay for this every time I actually need to use it there is a service outage. Charging me over 100 a month for what exactly? so I can talk to a robot for the millionth time trying to get the service I pay for to actually work

I had a reservation to purchase a new phone. There was only one employee working. The customer in front of me did not speak English and had a hard time understanding the charges and everything was repeated through her friend. It was frustrating to watch. Meanwhile more customers came in. She finished and it was my turn. She helped me with my new phone and was very knowledgeable. The way she handled the customers was professional and she was smiling and didn't let the pressure get to her. Don't remember her name but very pretty young black woman.
