Horrible customer service. Employees are sitting around having phone conversations while the lines are piling up. Having one customer for a crazy amount of time while others are waiting. No consideration for customers time.

Went to the store on glenway in Westwood waited 38mins just to be greeted with a nasty demeanor and no help the rude man has no customer service skills at all ,unprofessional …the black man with the thick glasses and locs that wear a face mask…. me and my son left the store. I called the customer service number to spectrum and they were happy to help me and my son he got an upgrade phone with no problem because I have the upgrade anytime plan …don’t go to this location !! Call the customer service line where they are happy to help people. Value customers should get value service.

This store can have long waits but if you're only there to pay a bill then it's in and out. The customer service is excellent and I understand about the wait time they do make sure that you are receiving what you came in for and explain everything to you before you leave.

DIDN'T OCCUR AT THE SPECTRUM STORES- WARNING!!! I just want to post a warning,,, I was at a Kroger store on Ferguson Rd in Westwood in Cincinnati Ohio on 10-16-25 Thurs around the hrs of 4p-430p a young lady and a young man was in Kroger's had their little area set up to get people to sign up for spectrum Internet service, the young lady and man ( African American), stop me and ask me did I have Internet service, I replied yes but not spectrum, they ask me my name and address to see if I had spectrum in my area, they check and said it's available in my area, they told me the promotion deal and so forth, she ask me my social security number to run a soft credit check I refused, she ask for my email address I refused, I told them both I wasn't interested in signing up with spectrum, I didn't sign my signature on anything, so I walk away to continue my Kroger shopping. Well on Friday I'm leaving my residence there's a medium size brown box at my door ( I didn't order anything), I open it, it's a internet Wi-Fi modem in the box from spectrum!! with instructions how to set it up! Them 2 that was in Krogers on Ferguson Rd Thursday one of them fraudulent placed a internet order on my name to my address, That's fraud!!!! I immediately called spectrum main number and reported it. I told the representative I never gave them 2 individuals my social security number nor my email address and I never signed anything, so how was they able to get me into the system to place a order in my name and address! I told her that's fraud!! Representative told me that the acct was pending, Representative instructed me to return equipment to a spectrum store location and the acct will be voided. So people be aware of them folks in Kroger's and Walmart, target stores that trying to get you set up with their spectrum Internet, cable, phones, Don't even give them your name nor address because if you refuse, some kind of way they fraudulently sign you up without your email and social security number and without your signature. I'm going to find out who that young lady and man is!!! They probably did this to some other people also! African American woman she was wearing glasses ( young) and man (young) the man was light skin with good texture hair kinda curl/wavy, was in Kroger's on Thurs 10-16-25 Ferguson Rd in Westwood in early evening 4p-430p. Stay away from the spectrum employees that's set up in the stores they not to be trusted!! I'm considering going to expose this to news media about this fraudulent activity!! One of them committed this fraud to get a commission payment!! Sneaky ahol#. !!! I'm definitely spreading this experience on social media!!! I'm also reaching out to the Better business bureau, and corporate headquarters in Stamford Connecticut! My cousin is a lawyer he told me I can sue for fraud. I'm going seek a law suit for fraud. UPDATE Oct 21, 2025 - I took the wifi modem equipment to spectrum store and had the fraud acct that was put in place by the scam spectrum contract employees,, I had the acct closed. BEWARE!! Of them contract spectrum employees in the grocery stores! Don't give your name nor address to them!!! They Will open a acct in your name!! Scammers!! 😡 I also reported this experience to the Better business bureau, and spectrum corporate office, Occurred in Cincinnati Ohio on Ferguson Rd Kroger store Thursday Oct 16, 2025.

Walked in Sunday 130pm it was not busy. The gentleman called our name he had dreads and glasses. We went over to explain that we have their internet and cable services and were told by the customer service to come in that there are loyalty programs and could get our service price back down. The employee was rude as hell! Just wanted to sell us mobile service. We are not interested. Just want to get my bill back in my budget for internet and TV. He proceeds to tell me we are crazy no loyalty offers he has been there 16 years. He was nasty rude and really should learn how to speak to customers. I have never been talked to so rudely in my life. To the point my other half took the paper he kept shoving it us crumbled it up and said we are done here. Went to Colerain location it took lady 5 seconds got my bill down and out door in 10 minute. Fabulous customer service at Colerain the lady was Fabulous. He should go there and train for how to talk and treat people!

Ridiculous. Walked in when they opened at noon to exchange a piece of equipment. Should be in and out.
2 employees. 3 customers in line.
The one employee, the girl jumped right into helping. The man, he was taking his time. Watched the steelers game for a good 3-4 minutes before even helping the first customer. Then went right back to watching the game when he finished with the customer 😡 left us just standing in line. Then he decided to help us when the game went to commercial!

Just returned from a Sunday visit to replace my husband's cell and had a really great experience with Josh, the store manager. Even in a busy environment, he was so focused, kind, and helpful in helping us w/individualized needs. Very positive experience!

From many years of having Spectrum Internet and phone services. I had good experience at the store, the tier 1 onsite service is adequate. HOWEVER, any time an issue isn't handled by tier 1 and needs to be escalated, corporate support drops the ball. This is why Spectrum has always had trouble competing against Alta Fiber in Cincinnati.

An employee of the store told me that my iPhone 12 wasn’t a 5G phone. How was it not a 5G phone when it rolled out when 5G came out? it most definitely is. So sad to see a company, not able to help its customers because of their lack in knowledge.
