Oct 2025,, Warning! Don't give spectrum employees that be in Kroger's, Walmart, your name and address if you refuse the service they will fraudulently open a acct in your name without your consent!! They will fraudulently ship equipment to your address!! It happened to me. I had to call spectum representative to cancel fraud acct and return equipment!! Beware! You've been warned!! I didn't give out my social security number nor my email address, I didn't sign anything! I told them I wasn't interested in spectrum service, Just by them having my name and address only they fraudulenly opened a acct in my name! Then ship the internet modem to my address! I reported it to corporate and to the better business bureau. Spectrum employees was in the Kroger's on Ferguson Rd Westwood Oct 16th. African American young woman and African American young man. Around 4p-430p. UPDATE - Oct 21, I returned the equipment to spectrum store, explained to him the scam fraudulent experience and had the acct closed. Cincinnati Ohio. Stay away from spectrum fraud employees in the stores!!!

Poor customer service all they do is sit there on their phone. They don’t help you with anything. The employees here couldn’t even activate my SIM card. They made a customer service employee over the phone do it instead.

their sales tactics are borderline harassment - I have received mail, knocks on the door, door hangers, emails and I even have to deal with their pushy reps at the grocery store ... at this point they could offer me free internet for a year and I wouldn't take it just so I never have to talk to them again because if they try this hard to earn the business just imagine how hard it is to cancel ... leave me alone, y'all

I had the best experience with one of the women working here today. I went in for a new phone, but she assessed my phone and determined that the battery was probably the issue and that I could just replace it for much less money. So instead of selling me a brand new phone she knew I didn't need, she helped me look up several local phone repair businesses. I was so grateful for her honesty!! She saved me a lot of money today! Highly recommend this store.

I went over there after work yesterday to upgrade me and my girlfriend's cell phones. The young woman that helped us was very nice, very professional, and was very patient when I told her that my girlfriend was on her way and politely told me that she was going to help other customers until my girlfriend arrives. Didn't know her name but she had long hair with glasses and her customer service skills were so great because it looked like she knew what she was doing and we were able to understand everything she was explaining to us during the upgrade process! She even calculate everything and told us what our new monthly bill is and because of that, we left the store with brand new phones!

Spectrum mobile is the worst company to deal with. They will not cancel protection plans. They will try and not pay your old phones when you upgrade your phone. They will sneak on extra fees and overcharge you more for the phone if you finance it. Done with them switched to mint mobile and could not be happier. Their community cable TV and wifi sucks to
