If you walk into this store expecting customer service from Jaden, do yourself a favor a turn around. 1st experience was when we went in to switch carriers, buy phones etc. She told us we couldn't take the phones with us and they had to be sent. Everyone at the corporate level I've spoken to seems unaware of this process. So we left without phones, knowing we would have to come back, then she (again per corporate) messed up the order and they arrived several days apart so another week passed. Spent 4 hours getting the transfer done (another story but Roy was alone and swamped and did his best and was polite). Then my VM wasn't accessible for some unknown reason, 3calls to corporate and no success, was told to stop in the store. Went in and just as luck would have it Jaden was there. Rolling her eyes, yawning and rude. Told me it's a Google issue and refused to help. I called corporate again and spoke to repairs who fixed my problem in no time. Jaden has zero customer service skills and should not be representing any company. How she keeps a job is a mystery. I'd give her minus 0 stars if possible.

Atrocious wait times. Tried returning our router twice now. Second try - I arrived within a minute of opening, was first on the walk in waiting list, waited over 25 minutes then couldn’t wait any longer and left without being helped. They don’t seem to ever be properly staffed with only 2 people working at noon on a Sunday...

Was there twice for services needed. Tina was great! She was patient and knowledgeable in getting through all of our needs and issues. The other staff members I watched interact with customers were great as well.

Attempted to return equipment on 3 different occasions and the store was always closed. They have two different sets of store hours noted on the door. Thought maybe they were planning to permanently close this location, but there was a sign on the sidewalk outside the business about their mobile promotion.By the way, Spectrum does not prorate when you terminate your service. They charge you the full amount for that billing cycle. I learned this when I called to understand why I had a balance on my account post termination. The new billing cycle was September 17. I terminated service as of September 27. Instead of charging me for the 10 days, I was forced to pay the entire amount for that billing cycle. I was told that those are their billing terms. I have not had a service provider that charged me for service they weren't providing. Appears to be an unethical practice.

I will not be switching to Spectrum if all of your sales reps are like the one we encountered at the Fields Ertel store. I made it explicitly clear I did not want an iPhone and she kept pushing it on me because I guarantee her commission was bigger. then, I had some other questions that she refused to answer until after" we got set up." We asked about credit checks because we are rebuilding our credit and she kept skirting around it unless we agreed to service. You're not going to run my credit and then tell me I need to pay a God awful amount if it's not up to par. Plus the hit to my credit score...nope. The whole situation was sketchy at best and I think I'll just stick with my current carrier. I walked out of the store because if you can't answer a simple question without me signing up for service beforehand then I don't want to do business with you.

How I miss my fiber optics! Spectrum is in the dark ages. Their signal is weak and not reliable. I am grateful for one thing. I have due to the unreliability of Spectrum, I have started to read again. Maybe that's not all that bad.

Went into this location to purchase new I-Phone. Waited 15 minutes and not one person even acknowledged me. At least acknowledge the customer when they walk in. Makes you second guess even having spectrum as your provider. We use them for cable, internet and phone. Will not go to this location again!!

Lied about monthly amount just to get my business. Then when I complained about jacking up price, (after hours on phone) they deleted my promotion! Also Sent me to Eastgate store where I was told they weren't affiliated with corporate. Now I have a higher bill with less services.

I've had issues with this location with long waits and attitude problems. This was my fourth visit. The wait time is still a thing and this location is always busy. The solution is TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT on their local website. The sales associate (Tina) went beyond what was asked and was super helpful. It has improved for this visit at least.

Do not go to this office. Tina there is rude and should not have a job in customer service. I sent my child there to get his phone activated because it was having troubles with the virtual SIMs card they sent. And the phone is even under his name when I called the 1-800 number they said send him they'll help him with no problem. It's a lie. Tina was rude wrote her eyes and kept telling the kids that she didn't understand what they were talking about. I say kids lightly because they're 18 and 21... Do not go here because unless you want to cuss the lady out. As I read the reviews it sounds like I'm not the only one that dealt with rude people there. Looks like it's not only Tina ?

I would rather go to another location then this one, A particular employee have the nastiest attitude I have ever seen, didn't greet and she threw my old equipment back in the box(yes literally) African American woman, short hair, very nasty disgusting attitude. I'm starting to even second guessing being a customer. I wouldn't even rate it but I had to.

Elderly couple was being rightfully helped set up a new account. Yet well for customers waited another associate was on the computer doing paperwork. Waited for 20 minutes and left. Ridiculous customer service

In the last week I was this store twice. Once to upgrade and today to return old modem. Both days the attitude of workers was poor. Today it seemed they were upset that they had to work on a Sunday. Both were rude not only to me but to all customers. Hope management correct issue.but I see by past post it seems Spectrum doesn't care.

Extremely long wait time with 2 employees and 2 customers. Employees rude and too busy talking to eachother to wait on customers. Danielle was extremely demeaning and unhelpful. Do NOT recommend this location!

Ibn was amazing! He was very efficient and helpful! We did not have a reservation, so we waited around 1 hour, so I would recommend making a reservation online, but overall thanks to Ibn, it was an easy process!
