Lazy rude employees. Nasty store. They just leave the delivery boxes unpacked sitting all over blocking everything while all of the shelves sit empty. If you have and issues with anything they are not going to care or help. They sometimes lock the door for hours at night and sit in the back or outside. The parking lot is disgusting where the smoke and never clean. Do yourself a favor and drive 2 extra minutes down fields ertel to thorntons. Its 1000 times better.

This is worst !!!! Speedway ever , don’t go here if u want bed bugs ! All I see is garbage everywhere, products has not been stock …. I remember this place use been ehhh okay for speed way and now it’s trash . When I was standing there the workers didn’t acknowledge me with the stuff I ready pay , they just want to Dance around like a bunch re re . The other day I was there , some crack lady was walking around hey baby , u have any money, and I was like no get away from me , this stuff does not happen in mason Ohio !!!!!!!! Trash trash trash trash trash …. Tear it down … u lost 😡… absolutely garbage and the place is literally garbage

Worst speedway ive ever been to. Half the inventory compared to others and on top of that nothing is stocked. Place is small and dirty and boxes everywhere.

Worse experience ever, if you need someone missed number 2 from toilet and people walk inside it, unbelievably it feels like 18oo behind city walls toilet :)) got lucky for wishing it :)))

Awful customer service. I tried 2 different pumps (neither pump worked) so I went inside asking politely for assistance. The female working was extremely rude and said that “No one else has had any issues with any pumps all day and that it must be my fault”. She also said “Well did you pay?” I told her yes I swiped my card at both pumps and it was accepted. I asked if she could please check to see why the pump wouldn’t work and she refused. She did not attempt to come outside to assist and she told me to “Try other pumps”. Instead, I decided to leave and I went to the UDF gas station right down the road and I had no issues there.
Very poor customer service and if I could rate a zero star I would.

Good gas station, speedway is a chain but there used to be issues with the employees, but they have greatly improved. Huge respect to the manager, five stars.

They could do a better job. Place is a little dirty and overstocked. Employee was overwhelmed with the amount of people standing in line. They need to clean up this establishment, and better training of employees.

This store is an absolute mess the fountain drink machine was out of order as well as the frozen drink machine the coolers weren’t stocked no selection at all. The place stinks and was very dirty. I won’t be back to this speedway . It seems like nobody cares it’s right off the expressway very convenient but the store is an absolute mess.

They've had their ups and downs. The employees are doing better. I'm hoping the owner will invest in fixing the floors soon! I'm sure it's not easy to keep up with the demand at this location. Thanks for the effort guys!!! Great customer service!!!

Absolutely a ghetto run down place now.Bathrooms were completely destroyed.All the drinks in the coolers were warm.Employees were fighting behind the counter with customers and children in the store.Might as well close their doors. The worst speedway around. Makes me sad

People usually review things when they have negative comments but I prefer to give feedback to spread positivity when I see it. I didn’t get his name, but was the gentleman working at night of 10-4-23 wearing yellow green hat. He greeted me as I entered the store, very friendly! Asked if I had everything, and truly enjoyed putting smiles on other peoples faces. Like I said, I wouldn’t think to write a review, but as I approached the counter he had such positive energy I think it should be recognized and praised.
