Speedway should offer a class on how to NOT run a business. Stores are disgusting, understaffed, overpriced, and just overall poor. I can't believe anyone would eat anything that came out of one of these disgusting places. I solemnly swear I will never step foot in another speedway again.

No receipt paper in the pumps. Touch screen on pumps takes an unreasonable amount of time to recognize options picked. Seems par for most speedways every since 7/11 took over. Hopefully if I leave enough 1 and 2 star reviews they'll do something about it.

I wish there was a way to give a negative star rating as 1 star is overly generous
Since 7-11 took over speedway, quality, customer service, and cleanliness have been nearly totally nonexistent.
In the past several months, there have been many times when one or more of the drinks machines have been out of order for up to a week at a time. There have been many times when product was out of stock for many days.
The store crew is very inconsistent. Most employees seem to last no more than a couple of weeks.
Prior to 7-11 taking over, the store staff was there for years. I know of several that had 10+years!!! Now it seems no one lasts more than a month.
I have 600,00+ speedy rewards points, proving I have been a long term customer [since the store first opened by Ashland Oil as SuperAmerica back in the late 1980s]. There have been ups and downs for the store over the years, but nowhere near as abysmal as in the past several months.
If there were any other store in the area, I would seriously consider stop going to this store and probably any other Speedway.

I'd give this location 0 stars. Any time I stop by before getting on the highway, no hot dogs on the roller grill, no pizza, and half the time the coffee tastes a few days old.. I used to work for speedway and this is horrible customer service.

I had a DoorDash order to pick up. Steve was sitting down and didn’t know an order didn’t come in. I offered to pick up the items and while I was getting the items he was complaining that I got the wrong item. I explained to him that I didn’t have a picture of it, but he did. I told him that’s why it’s best If the store employee do it because they have pictures. He started talking loud, saying that he don’t like “you” people and I would have to wait 30mins if he got the order together. I asked him for his name and he told me Steve and he said he don’t care if I report him. I have came in that speedway for years, but I will never go there anymore because the way that Steve talk to me.
