The store manager, Hannah, is fantastic. She doesn’t hesitate to step in when needed and was cutting hair. She’s very personable and professional. As long as she’s the store manager, I would most definitely continue to go back

Great service and employees are friendly and great at what they do. Went in to get a bad cut fixed and they made it look amazing. Definitely will be going back they are awesome.

Athena is your only worker here on a Sunday at open. This is poor management. She's done nothing wrong, but whomever was supposed to be here to help allowed A LOT of business to walk out, including, unfortunately, myself. I get a very easy haircut, but I can't wait an hour to get it.

Carly always does an amazing job! She’s incredibly personable and makes the entire haircut experience enjoyable from start to finish. She’s easy to talk to, listens to what I want, and consistently delivers a clean, professional cut. I really appreciate her attention to detail and the friendly vibe she brings every time I come in. I showed up and there was nobody at all in line ahead of or behind me at 2:15pm today. There also was not a single stylist that was there, in the building. Completely empty not a soul in sight. @sportsclips you might want to check into this location because nobody is clearly working or even at the location at all during normal operating hours. Complete and utter waste of time.

Signed in on line. It said it has a very short wait time. I went at the estimated time. Only on person was there. I waited 30 minutes past my estimated time and left. All of the times were way off because only one person was actually working.

2 stars based on haircut today. Andrea? At about 1230- 1pm, Blonde stylist with tattoos cut my hair. I waited 30 minutes for a cut and was out in under 10 and felt like she was rushing the entire time.. Told me it was a skin fade after I said it definitely wasn't... and that what I had been asking for didnt make sense cause a medium skin fade to a 2 would cause it to look weird. Needless to say, after 4 years I should've gone to great clips. She even "fixed it" an just took it higher. *not a skin fade**. There were long hairs left around my ears I had to cut afterwards. I would've been fine had she told me she wasn't comfortable cutting it or something. But saying it is a skin fade and then saying what I ask for would make my hair poof out.. *which it never has for 10+ years was ridiculous*
