I would strongly caution anyone considering Springdale Cleaners,
E S P E C I A L L Y B R I D E S ! !
I entrusted them with my brand-new wedding dress, which only had a small dirt spot on the hem when I dropped it off due to someone stepping on it in the store. When I picked it up -

(really poor turn around time), it was returned to me completely unwearable — with snags, new stains, scuff marks where they tried to scrub the dirt they got on it, out, and pressing indentations throughout. This was supposed to be the most important dress of my life!
What made the situation worse was the way I was treated. The manager, Kim, was dismissive, rude, and acted as if the damage wasn’t a big deal. She even went so far as to call the boutique where I purchased my dress to make sure they wouldn’t refund me — something I found incredibly offensive, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary considering Kim was responsible for ruining my dress; therefore, she/her company were responsible for a refund/compensation.
It wasn’t until I met with the general manager in person to show him the damage and then further discussions between him, another manager and the owner, that they finally offered to reimburse me for the cost of the dress and cleaning. While I did eventually receive reimbursement, not once did anyone apologize or take any responsibility for the mishandling and negligence that caused the damage in the first place.
In my opinion, this is not how a professional business should treat its customers, especially when something as sentimental and important as a wedding dress is involved. Brides (and really anyone with valuable or meaningful clothing), please think twice before trusting this cleaner.

They list there hours as being available until 7 pm. Arrived at the Springdale location at 6 pm and they were closed. They may do great work but if you're not able to get your items back from them when needed, it kind of defeats the purpose of using their services. Change your posted hours or be available when you say you will...

Bought 2 brand new dress shirts to be worn in a Wedding. Picked them up. Didn’t look at
them till the next day. They looked like they had been sprayed and hung up to dry. Wrinkles everywhere. Will not be going back there!

They are the best! I needed to get a shirt pressed right away and tried another cleaners. They were too busy so I tried Springdale even though they were further away, I was in dire need. Even though they too were busy, the manger herself professionally pressed my shirt. I will continue to bring all my dry cleaning to this thoughtful staff. Thank you!

I brought in my 'old' first communion dress that was in my house in Tennessee, in a fire. It was smoke-damaged. It was also hand knitted. My mother had just given it to me. Springdale said they would do their best . . . AND, they did! They smoke (soot) is gone and it smells good! I'm so glad they were able to get it almost spanking new (some aged spots just happen). I think I'm gonna have it put in a shadow box frame. Thanks Springdale you are still the best cleaner in Cincinnati :-)

This is the worst cleaners Ive ever taken my clothes to. i clearly asked them more than twice to dry clean my clothes only… when i went to pick them up they had all been washed and didnt even have the professionalism to press them. They gave me wrinkled clothes and ruined my jeans and yes I had my bank to refund me my money because I didnt get the service I payed for
