Come here all the time for prints. Currently waiting in parking lot 15 minutes after open along with others. Doors locked, lights on, nobody answering phones (Sunday 3/2 11:15AM).
Not sure what's going on but a good deal of disappointed people leaving today. Slightly concerning. It's now 17 minutes after and nada.

Took me awhile to find a place that takes passport photos. The lady at the check out had to call someone, she doesn't sound like she knows how it works. Told me the price twice of the passport photos which I think is 16.99 and I don't really have a problem paying that amount. I just want the photos taken, the guy came out and told me their camera is not charged. So I have to drive and call around the area.

It is 9:30a Saturday morning. The Reading Rd. location in Cincinnati, OH was to open at 9a. The doors are still locked & no one is answering the phone.

You knew there was no TSA pre check when I made the appointment so WHY NOT SAY THAT BEFORE I DRIVE ALL THE WAY THERE! WE SPOKE AND YOU SAUD NOTHING!! Third and final terrible experience at this location

Store was understaffed with only one employee available for checkout. Ink supply was in serious need of restocking. Attitude of staff was uncaring and non-apologizing.

UPS shipping closing by 3 is unacceptable. If you’re not going to offer reliable shipping services don’t offer them at all.

Deon (customer service-cash register) and Sarah (print center) went above and beyond to make my experience a positive one. I had attitude coming into the game today because our Western Hills Staples store closed, leaving our office high and dry. I drove the extra 5 miles to the downtown location and was pleasantly surprised, greeted with a smile and wonderfully served. Please let them both know they're appreciated!

Made an appointment to get pre check approved. So did others. Waited 30 min+. Nobody showed up to work pre check. It stinks because I left work early to make my appointment. Ugh!!
