The cashier working the front on March 12, 2025, at 1:35 PM was extremely unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. When I brought a product to the register to be scanned, she immediately informed me that I could not purchase a specific packing envelope because it did not have a barcode. I explained that it was the last one on the shelf, and instead of attempting to find a solution or offering assistance, she responded curtly that it looked like someone had removed an individual envelope from a bundled package. Her tone was dismissive and condescending, making it clear that she had no interest in helping resolve the issue. Her attitude throughout the interaction was unwelcoming, and I left feeling frustrated and uncomfortable with the way I was treated. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I hope this matter is addressed to prevent similar experiences for other customers. Cashier #3038296 Register #1

I have been going to this Staples in Oakley since 2010. I am not as regular as I was couple of months ago. The manager was the rudest person I have ever come across. I am used to coming in and grabbing the HP recycle toner box, putting all my recycles in the box and putting it back. The older woman(manager?) on duty 3:00pm 3-11-25 was the rudest person I have ever met in customer service in my life. I am in customer service also and I would be fired If I treated a customer like that. I might have scared her for reaching for the big box but the nastiness that continued was over the top. She asked me if I do this at other places like Kroger. I told her no just this Staples that I have been coming to. She then proceeded to tell me that she has been her (1 mo?) and she has never seen me. She blew my mind and I will never be back there again.

I appreciate that I can get in and out with the items I need on an average of 15 mins or less. The stores are well stocked, lighting is great and clerks are helpful and courteous.

Today I went to get my TSA pre-check and the employee who helped me was wonderful! She was helpful and polite and gave me tips about how to use the system. I only wish I had her name!

Nice staff. Random man came up to me and started talking. After about 10-12 minutes I told him I really needed to go. He waited at the front door for me to leave. Creepy. The store was just fine though.

I truly had a 5 ⭐️experience at the Paxton Ave. location today.

And I pray the store managers, exes, and all the higher ups see this!
I asked an associate where I could find red sticker dots and she gave me exact locations without hesitation. And I’m dead serious, they were in that exact location! I then asked where plastic display stands were, she replied, “oh for like marketing?” Once again knew exactly where those were as well! She never let the register area didn’t ask anyone else. She just knew. Okay so… when I came up to the register with only the stands I was telling her the sticker dots were a bit expensive. She says, “Oh we price match!”
Tahaziah proceeds to look up each item and in fact found them for a more affordable price!
Knowledge, pleasant, upbeat, personable! She says, “I’m so happy to help you.”
Like this was honestly thee best heartfelt customer service I did not expect shopping at Staples!
Her name is: TAHAZIAH and she said she had just started working at this location! Just amazing!

Do not go here to return Amazon products. They are not set up for it. One person to work Amazon returns and the print center. Pay to go to UPS if you have to.

Been trying for the last hour to get ahold of someone in the Print department but haven’t been able to. I’ve been on hold a long time. I had an order placed at an Orlando location that was accidentally misdirected to this location and wanted to track it down. Would appreciate some help in resolving this situation.
