Very helpful. Wanted a 2 times toner cartridge but none in stock. Store gave me two 1x cartridges for the price of the double size. They also told me they would match Amazon prices if I showed them the price.

The store employees are friendly and available. No waiting around to ask a question like some places. It was a good experience. Items are up-priced for convenience but I still like to support local employers sometimes.

Don't go here if you're an Amazon customer. Their ability/willingness to process Amazon returns is always malfunctioning... so they say.
And they also decide on their own, against Amazon policy, to cut the ability to return items 30 minutes before the close of business. Amazon says they shouldn't be doing that. Staples receives money being Amazon partners but this location is almost never doing their part of that role.
Go somewhere else for Amazon returns. Your time and gas will almost always be wasted here.
It's either the store doesn't have the ability or they don't have the willingness to get things consistent if you are an Amazon customer.

I would like to truly thank Lee the young lady that works in the printing Department at this location for truly displaying her consistency when it comes to dealing with customers having printing problems. She displays a great deal of patience with a smile as she me listen to understand your issue is. Onice understood she dives into her vast knowledge of printing and comes up with a solution that even the competitor store couldn't resolve.
Everyone was insisting that the PDF could not be printed some even said that the PDF was corrupt or the file was too big. Nothing but frustrating excuses because I was able to print a small sample of the documents at home. This is the second time I've had a pretty issue and confident and moving my business printing to this location for future needs.
Thanks again Lee for your help and I look forward to doing business with you all again soon.

The worst experience I had at Staples ordered some posters from their copy and printing center two different sizes one large one small that four small.went back to tell her a wrong. She didn’t say she messed up. She didn’t say sorry, or nothing else like that. She told us give her 10 minutes to get it do. 35 minutes later, we’re still here she’s working on it, but she should’ve been done right the first time.

We bought a computer chair for my brother, July 20 at the Staples on Colerain in Cincinnati. The selection was great and the chair we picked was only $120. We didn't know if we could put it in the car, but they offered to put it together for only $30, and in 2 pieces so it would easily fit. The assembly by them also gave us a guarantee that if anything happened to the chair in the next 3 years, we'd get a credit for the full amount (less assembly) toward a replacement. The only holdup was a delay picking it up when they were short-staffed the next day. But once a person was available, they loaded it in the car for us. My brother is really happy with his chair. Would definitely shop here again!

Won’t return. Spoke with two employees, both incredibly rude. Recommend taking business to another store or at least another location.

The two different employees who were on staff when I visited were like night and day. I came in around 5:45pm, admittedly near closing time, to quickly drop off an amazon return. One employee, Keith, seemed to be working very hard to resolve a customer's issue on the phone. Something about her order was messed up, but I heard him trying anything he could to get her print (or whatever it was) fulfilled, asking her when the latest she needs it by so that he could try to fulfill it by then and so on. He seemed really professional and diligent. Meanwhile, as customers began to line up at the amazon counter waiting to be helped, the other employee, Reggie, just stood around across the store by the checkout counter despite the fact that no one was over there. When Keith asked him politely if he could help with amazon returns, Reggie dismissively shook his head. When Keith asked why not, Reggie just seemed to say something like, "don't talk to me," and continued to mill around. In the end, I left 10 minutes after close with 3 other people still needing to be helped... Reggie had already wandered around a corner, nowhere to be seen. Even despite the obviously frustrating and overwhelming situation, Keith remained professional and courteous when he helped with my return. Really heartbreaking to see. To the owner of the branch, who seems to reply to most of the reviews: I would treat your Keiths a little better before you're left with nothing but Reggies.

This visit was for the purpose of completing an online TSA Known Traveller Number application. Having started the app at home and making an appointment, the rest (photo and fingerprints) was a breeze. A lot more convenient than travelling to the airport as I had to do, years ago. The person who waited on us was great and really efficient. Got a $10 Staples coupon, too, which we used!
