Went here today to do an Amazon return. Drew and Kiley were extremely professional and helpful and made the whole process quick and painless. This is the first time I’ve had such a great experience at this location.

The amount of times my Amazon orders get recharged when I used this store is wild. After losing so much money I now pay the $1 to go to the UPS store because I’ve never gotten charged back. I don’t know what they’re doing at this staples.
I also tried to get a print order done here and the man was super condescending & rude, so much so that I said never mind and paid a little more elsewhere.

The lady at photo services, Alexandria, should not be in customer service. She is rude and makes snarky comments to customers. She cannot handle customer service. Started out rude and the whole interaction she said I was being rude when in reality she is the one who was rude the whole time.
Then she tried to charge me $1.35 per 4x6 photo when their website says $0.31.
