I do not recommended either Serena or Savannah for getting any designs on Acrylic or Gel nails. I have gone to both and they typically rush through their appointments for fast turnaround instead of caring for their clients needs. Last time I went here, Serena showed up 10 mins late but blamed me for not liking the chrome on my nails claiming I didn’t give her enough time because I was using the bathroom before she eventually showed up. When in reality she was shown the chrome i wanted and rushed the design instead of doing what I asked for. Serena does not take any criticism to her work lightly so be careful if you don’t like what you get. You will likely be overcharged for nails you don’t like.

I came in today for a pedicure appointment at 3, and the service was mediocre at best. First of all, they were 15 minutes late in starting my appointment due to overbooking walk ins. I booked the delux pedicure, but there was nothing deluxe about it. It was supposed to be 45 minutes, but they got it done in 30. Overall very rushed and over priced for what I got. You’ll have better luck somewhere else.

This was hands down the best nail appointment I’ve ever had! Serena is so so kind, talented, and friendly. I usually hate the sensory experience of getting my nails done, but with Serena I didn’t notice anything and actually really enjoyed myself. She was so fast and did such a stunning job all while being so nice and fun to chat with. 12/10 recommend!

I am actually surprised at just how BAD my pedicure was. $70 ($65+tax) and I tipped $15. $85 for this is not ok. Looking down at my feet in their lighting it looked fine but when I got out to my car I could see that the edges were an absolutely unacceptable mess. I had gel build up on my skin some places, my feet now had dry flakes scratched up all over my toes that weren’t there from before(like my skin was smooth before it got sanded and flaked up but not off), polish was streaky and not covering the nails, loose toe nail bits hanging off and wtf is going on with my pinky toe? I know it’s not an amazing looking toe but I could cry about how gross it looks now half polished and peely!?!? The gel polish is already peeling on three of my toes a few hours later and I wore flip flops out of the shop and went home.
I am seriously bummed this happened. I really wanted to be a return customer because the atmosphere was great and staff was nice but now have zero intentions of returning. This pedicure was absolutely beyond unacceptably bad.

Booked with Serena, and absolutely amazing experience! i’ve been on the haunt for a nail artist with great skills and great costumer service and i finally found someone. Everyone was very kind and great to be around, plus Serena did great work on my nails!

Savannah is super nice!! But I was not pleased with my nails. I was impressed with her skills, which is why I went there. I paid almost $100 in the salon + a $20 deposit fee for my nails to look messy. I had high hopes 😩

I am so thrilled with how my nails turned out!! Not to mention the great price and convenient location!! And they also do lashes and brows! This is definitely my new regular beauty spot!
Requested style: I got exactly what I wanted. I showed her a few ideas and she nailed it!!
Cleanliness: Place was very sanitary as well as relaxing.
