I’ve never had an issue with this location, I used to live down the road, now I'm about 15 minutes away. I still come to this location when I can, honestly it’s better than the one closer to me.Today was a bonus on my end, they had the most gorgeous man working the window. Needless to say, he made my day a little bit better. My cousin said I should go back & talk with him but I know he is way too cute to not have a girlfriend. If he sees this, well, no shame here.

Quality of food is not consistent. It depends on person who makes food. Ordered flat white today, but it’s not good. Some people make flat white too good. But today’s coffee is ordinary, it’s not mixed properly. Spending lot of money, still ending up with low quality food. Staff need to be trained properly and have presence of mind while preparing food.

This place is terrible, the service is beyond subpar and slow. One worker in particular greatly lacks any customer service abilites and repeatedly yelled at customers for speaking at a normal volume. She clearly has no capacity for her job and should be terminated if she can't handle her position as she clearly cannot.

Taylor and Aniya just yelled and threatened my mom for asking which drink was hers. Highly recommend manager, corporate get a handle on these two rogue employees. When you work with the general public you should be able to maintain a level of professionalism. These two absolutely did not. For the employees to demand the wages and benefits they want, these two certainly don’t deserve them. If the store manager, GM is reading this, please follow up and hold Taylor and Aniya accountable for their despicable, disrespectful behavior.

the employees were professional and you could tell they were working very hard. Despite how busy they were, probably 10 cars in the drive thru and 5 inside, they were so polite and efficient.

Poor customer service. I’ve been a loyal SB customer for years and never had a bad experience until coming to this location.
