Studio S got me from couch to marathon. The owner is full of positive energy and the other coaches are super supportive as well. This studio got me to appreciate me who I am at every stage of who I am. I love this place. They are an enthusiastic and wonderful sanctuary for all people. I truly love this establishment.

The Team at Studio S is amazing! They genuinely care about each one of their clients and work to make sure they are achieving their personal goals. Studio S Running Team and S60 class are my absolute favorites but you’ll love everything and everyone there. Check it out!

Professional and with such a positive attitude. Susie, Chris, Anna and the entire Studio S team are the most encouraging, and supportive trainers in the gym biz. They make you instantly feel welcomed and part of a family. I was in the running group and in addition to the motivation, the entire experience was fun!
