I’ve bought two Hyde’s from here now and both been instantly burnt! The sign in the store does not say you have to stay in store to wait the 10 minutes to try, so I left and waited 20 while driving, to be completely disappointed! Called the lady i dealt with at the store who showed me the sign to wait 10 minutes before hitting it, but failed to say if I left and it didn’t work they could do nothing. Never wasting my money here again!

They sell garbage products, then will not stand behind the warranty they claim to offer.bought a vape, failed 2 days later and they would not stand behind it!

I went in last night, and there was no one at the counter so I had to wait for him to come up, then he rudely insisted on seeing my ID, I know it's his job to ask for it, that's not why I gave it one star, aside from the rude employee and the wait, the shops inside didn't feel welcoming at all, it felt more like a stop n go, rather than a place to relax and try new flavors and tanks etc..

Have gone to a few of the locations and have always enjoyed the high level of energy the employees have given me anytime i come in and talk and ask questions. The most memorable time though was this past Monday where i met Robin. She was so helpful in answering my questions and just a joy to talk to. She was so polite and always had a smile :) Will definitely keep recommending my friends to come and shop here. thanks for being such a great store!

They charge $1 to try out a flavor. The worker told me I can smell it for free. Never going there again. Sucks because it's on my way home. I'll be going to Cincy Vapes from now on.

Shout out to Ian at this Studio Vapes location in Dent. He helped me with my leaking tank I bought at another shop. He also introduced me to Dragons Blood, delicious. Never shopped at Studio Vapes before. Very impressed by the selection and the customer service. Looking forward to using my $20 punch card on the next visit. Thanks again Ian!

Five star professional service and five star products. Been coming to studio vapes for a little more then a year never had any problems with staff or products they sell.you won't be disappointed after leaving here, except maybe that you can't just leave with every juice, mod, or style of wire! So much stuff! And they keep adding more!!!!!
