I stood in line with at least 5 other people while the employee made his lunch and completely ignored us. 3 people left. When he finished making his sandwich he just looked at me didn't say can i help you or anything. Terrible customer service!!!!

I placed an order on the subway app, my food was delivered all messed up. They gave me a completely wrong sandwich for one and the other one was the wrong bread. Of course I try calling to see if I can get a refund as I will not eat the other sandwich but they don’t answer their phone. Very poor customer service.

If I could give 0 I wouldIt smelled weird in there we almost left from that. Then the boy was making a sandwich but when we walked up told us it was closed. It was 9:20 they don’t close until 10:00. There was another worker that looked at him crazy and then looked at us and shook her head. Don’t waste your time go down to the one on Calhoun street. They are way nicer plus their restaurant doesn’t smell funny from a worker that obviously doesn’t do his job

The people there are rude and there hours say 8am-10pm and I was there at 11:15 and they said they aren't open till 11..... it was 11:15! Not happy

Everything on the receipt is correct. The problem is that both sandwiches were not on the correct bread. On the receipt it says Italian Herbs & Cheese. These sandwiches are not on that bread. And when I tried to return the uneaten sandwiches the same Day @ 7:50pm. I was told by the two People that was in there that Subway doesn't make that type of Bread anymore. Okay if that's true then Italian Herbs and Cheese Bread shouldn't be an option. I wouldn't order anything if I knew the sandwichs was going to be on a different bread than I ordered. I still have the sandwiches, took a pictures of the sandwiches, and I also have My receipt. For the record after I didn't get anything accomplished at the restaurant when I tried returning the sandwiches. I went to the Subway in Monford Heights and they had Italian Herbs and Cheese Bread!!! I just would like to return these sandwiches, THAT ISN'T CORRECT and get a full refund.

We placed a pick up order in the morning online for lunch and the time for the order to be picked up came near but then we get a message stating the order was cancelled minutes before pick up time. That is unacceptable, if there was an issue you should've contacted us earlier to inform us that you are unable to fill the order due to whatever reason and we would've had enough time to find something else, but no due to your lack of time management and everything else we do not have our order. Learn proper management procedures, stocking processes and employment and maybe you'd be able to keep up with your orders.

I paid for a cold cut combo ftpro an got just a cold cut there’s no ham or salami on it just Baloney an there was no oil then on my salad I paid for extra cheese there was none I also didn’t have the shr mont cheddar either I called the store the lady told me the meat came already made together I think she understood what I was telling her so I just let it go but the sandwich was just baloney

The cashier was extremely rude and had the audacity to speak with a very negative tone towards myself. I was very displeased with her and acknowledged my discontent.
