The owner is just extremely stingy with the food, other than that it’s a great experience.when I say stingy I mean he gives you less ingredients than he’s supposed to you almost need double meat to get what’s deserved. SUBS NOT 5 bucks no more.

Clean restaurant, and great staff. I was greeted as I came into the restaurant. Chippy made my sandwich and did a great job.She was friendly and cares about her customers.

Ordered through the app and my doordasher was told the lady gave my order to someone else, apparently she was extremely rude and refused to help the situation she caused because she did not verify anything... I've spent the better part of a hour trying to seek assistance.

Horrible customer service they ruined my food messed up my order didn't have the nerve to accuse me of lying and got rude and disrespectful to me cause the big scene had all the security guards there and you messed up my food that I paid for management was horrible also rude right along with the employees didn't try to make things right didn't even recommend their employees for being rude to customers.

cool location to meet with coworkers. the staff was very friendly and kind. the prices are well within reason for the quality. ambience reminds me of colorado springs area.

The service is fast but never follows the customer instructions. This is the second time they messed up my online order. I paid additional price for Extras. Picked and went to my desk and realized that I just paid the extra amount for “extra nothing”. Good bye to this place.

They are efficient but not the friendliest bunch. If you try to be too specific in your instructions (like"go easy on the mayonnaise"), they may just ignore you and put on a quart of it. Tell them it's too much and you get an eye-roll. The only time I got them to slow down was when I told them they forgot to put an ingredient in that was listed in the items description. Then, they took time to chastise me for not telling them earlier.

The line workers are always super nice, and the food is better than other Subways in Cincy. The owner usually works at a table during lunch. So he's often available to help.
