This is my first time at this location after my last not so nice experience at the other one. I needed to put more money on my card and the machine was broken. Why do the attendants that work there act odd when you ask for help? I'm over it. Time to look for another laundromat altogether.

Came to the laundromat here to wash clothes @ 4 am because I work night shift usually and was told only customers could use the bathroom. FYI.... why else would I be here? The clerk offered no info when i asked how much a wash and dry for a regular load would be I was told $20. Started feeling pretty unwelcome at this point so I left and won't return.

They closed early for the holiday. I asked the manager to help me out to find somewhere that maybe open so I can wash my clothes because I have to work tonight. I showed her my nursing badge and all. She refused to be of assistance. She was rude and just wasn't friendly at all. No Holiday spirit. I tried to explain that I really don't know the area much and I had a really sick kid who I have to take care of. She didn't care and it never registered to be compassionate at all. Instead she just was flat out rude.

Clean most of the time. The right side of the Laundromat dryers works better than the left side. I don't use the washing machines. The carts to carry your laundry in kind of sucks without the railings to hold on to. You have to bend your back and it's uncomfortable. Also, I haven't found a time yet that works with it not being crowded.

This dike in this super laundry is very disrespectful and came off very hostile, over a washer that wasn’t washing period. Stood there for 3-4 minutes to see if it would start washing. It didn’t so we went to go get the dike Candace. She was so disappointed and disturbed because we needed her help or that the washer wasn’t working. Then I told her/ him to calm down, that I didn’t like the tone. The dike/ him/ her told me to leave and go somewhere else..! Fat funny built having need a new job..!

The place is usually clean and they do prioritize safety and order. However the manager who run this location and several other locations acted very hostile when I would confront her with more than 1 questions. The dryers operate in some non-inuitive ways or ways I'm not used to (which is ok) so I like making sure I understand things. However what wasn't ok was the blatant disrespect trying to help. I didn't understand and kept asking questions and the manager was not ok with me not understanding the way she explained it. So I started to leave because I was uncomfortable and wasn't assure the dryer wasn't broken wasting my money (idk if it was broken my question was never answered). This is the worst example of disrespect i think I've ever experienced in public. As I was told I needed to exit, I asked what I did that I deserved to be called belligerent and why I was banned from multiple stores. They could not answer this question. They said "they didn't have time". I intend to file a very formal complaint in multiple ways. This was extremely uncalled for.

This place is clean but I give its 3 stars because you have a 24hr laundry but no public bath room and I was there for about 2 1/2 hrs. I had to go all the way home for the bathroom

My first time going there, the lady working there was very helpful in getting me setup to use the machines, I don't suggest using the ATM inside unless you don't mind paying a fee to access your own money, I went to my own bank to get change for the machines, don't have any bills larger than a 20 spot, they can't provide change, the machines are great for all of your wash needs, a little pricey but nowadays what isn't, they got the clothes done the way I wanted. The money cards are reloadable that the machines require, so if you have a balance left on it, don't lose it. You can reload it on your next trip. Nice place, very clean & quiet, no nonsense going on in there, I'll go again if need be. ?

This address is for springdale cleaners and they are very rude and disrespectful, i just moved here and ive experienced more white hate from black people than ive ever experienced any type of hate in my life. I have no "white privelage" im homeless i have no living relatives, i moved here for a job, im disabled with neuro conditions that uneducated people just assume are are brought on by drugs, and i am a felon SOO, Please, do better with the blind ignorant hatered.
