That 2012 chevy silverado needs a new motor they sold me that truck with a 12 month & 12 thousand miles warranty that was not valid until after 15 days & 1000 thousand miles had to be put on the vehicle, but they don't tell you about 15 days & 1000 miles when signing paperwork. So when you don't pay for the vehicle you should have a real warranty on. They resale that same vehicle to another unaspecting person to purchase. So buyers beware they vehicles are not worth the hassle. Fighting for justice.

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE. My husband and I purchased an 2008 ford escape that ended up being a flood car. The entire undercarriage was rusted all to pieces. Along with other parts of the vehicle that were not visible to us until inspected. The biggest mistake of our lives. Also the sales rep we dealt with had a very poor attitude. I wish I would have gotten up and walked out. But my husband was set on the that vehicle for the low miles. Don't be fooled.

If I could do - 5 stars I would! First off, the 2003 chevy silverado they have on the lot looks great, ran great, etc! After leaving and driving home 2 hours away an hour in we started hearing a strange knocking noise coming from the back of the motor. So upon getting it home and got it on the lift with our mechanics we discovered the bell housing was cracked in multiple places and the transmission was separating from the motor, the body had been filled with body filler where previous rust had been(not such a big deal) but the transmission issue was extremely dangerous to have on the road, at any moment it could have dropped out of the truck and caused a massive accident with potential fatalities.. very deceptive trade practices going on here! Avoid at all cost!

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM SUPERIOR AUTO EXCHANGE!!!! They will be very professional, kind, and curiosity UNTIL you buy and then don’t expect anything especially for your calls to even be answered! Pictures on internet are deceiving!!!! I purchased a vehicle out of state and questioned a “scratch” on the bumper and was told it would be replaced. Supposedly the bumper came in damaged and they ordered another one and replaced it. Three weeks later when the vehicle was delivered, the bumper had NOT been replaced! The vehicle has NUMEROUS dents and scratches on it as well as a cracked windshield. Had all that been on the pictures of the vehicle online, would I have questioned a “scratched” bumper? NO, I would have not given the vehicle a second look must less bought it. I made numerous phone calls to Superior Auto Exchange and many of them wouldn’t not even get answered. About a week after receiving the vehicle, I wash it and MANY spots appear on the hood and the rear fender!!!! I’ve been told since then there are many “tricks” to the car business to make one look good for a sale. Obviously this vehicle has many “tricks” of the trade performed!!! Four months later, I finally receive what I need to buy a tag!

Wish I had seen these reviews before shopping there.. They hid multiple issues with the vehicle I purchased and when I reached out to them, they ignored me. DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!

Do not buy your car here. This entire place is a scam. They sold me a broken car. They specifically stated the clutch was in good condition, but in reality the clutch was completely broken when I got it. They can’t use the excuse of not having the time to fix it because this car sat in the lot for well over a month before it was even picked up by the truck, and by the time I got it, even the truck driver told me this thing was a piece of junk. As a car enthusiast I accept the challenge to fix it and I even bought this knowing it would probably have problems but after looking over it for 4 hours straight by myself the only thing that’s broken is the clutch and that’s only about the worst thing that could be broken. Not to mention you call these people and nobody seems to have a clue what’s going on and the person who does is always too busy. You sold me a lemon, and you lied to me that it wasn’t. See I would’ve bought the car anyway, but now I can’t even drive it till next month while I wait for parts. I could’ve had the parts already if you were just honest with me.

This is the WORST Auto dealership in Cincinnati Ohio. I purchased a car 2 months ago and the alternator died. I just talked to a rude employee and the dealership won't give me a loaner or let me trade the car in. Good night and good luck!

Terrible place. Very unorganized, my boyfriend bought a 2014 jeep srt from them only for the DEALER to put 2,000 extra miles on it as he was driving it as his own everyday car before my boyfriend bought it. Then told him they can not lower the price anymore even though the owners dealer was driving it everyday. Very disappointed we drove over 3 hours just for the car to end up needing all this work done to it. And when he tried to contact the dealer he never responds. & acts like he could care less that they sold him a lemon. I seriously could go on & on & on about what they do there.

Bought a 2008 Ford Taurus with about 85,000 miles on it a few months ago and regret it. Part of it is my own fault. Info screen on dash said it needed an oil change, salesman who rode along for the test drive told me that the oil had been changed. I didn't think to flip on the defroster so we didn't discover that the actuators needed replaced (about $600) until a few days later. Gradually discovered several other items (heated seats, mirror defrosters, other such extras) didn't work over the next few weeks. I could tell in the test drive that it probably needed front brake pads but the rotors did not look bad so we didn't let that stop us from making the purchase. Wound up having to get pads, rotors and calipers replaced ($1,001) because the front calipers turned out to be frozen. Now, on top of all that, it looks like it's going to need a new oil pump and there's still something wrong underneath that I haven't yet identified.Oh, and they quoted me a price with $250 taken off to pay for the brake job (at my instance) then added in a few things that I (and I absolutely take responsibility for letting them get away with it just because I was under a little pressure to get a car) neither asked for or wanted that more than exceeded the amount of the "discount" .If you go there, check EVERYTHING on the car and keep a close eye on the paperwork!

Bought a truck and traded in a 2014 Jeep SRT. trans went out in truck next day. Second time we have bought from them. First truck we bought broke down very next day cost us 3 grand to fix. They still have our truck putting a new trans in it. Also the salesman Jake sucks and told us to “skip a meal” for us to be able to afford the new truck payment. Don’t buy from them. Our Jeep payment is due in 2 days and they still have not paid off the Jeep. So now we have to pay that payment as well. They won’t answer the phone for us to be able to get this resolved

They are terrible. They tell you you get a warranty with used cars but fell to tell you that you will be paying for it. I had stuff start happening to the car less than 48 after I drove it off the lot things I felt they should have taken care of like the leaking windshield check engine light since the said on the car fax they serviced the car. the lock on driver side door didnt work with key keyfob and sometimes not with the key I would have to stand and work with it to get it to unlock I would call to talk to someone and you can barely get anyone to ever answer the phone and the VM are always full they would say let me check into it and I will call you back. I spoke to Jake ***************** and took in into the service dept and they all said I will have to check with the warranty **** and see if it's covered and I will call you back but not a single person called me back about this issue ever!! I wouldn't suggested them to my worst enemy. They are the worst people I ever done business worth and if they treated all customers like they treated me, I dont know how they have stayed in business. The rhing is I love the vehicle I just wanted them to make this right. If someone comes in and spend their money on a vehicle and somethings starts going wrong within 48 hrs be a stand up company back your name and make things right. DO THE RIGHT THING!

I went to Superior Auto Exchange to purchase a **** **** F-350. I inspected the truck on the lot, including looking underneath for signs of leaking fluids. I found no evidence on the pavement under the truck that it was leaking. I checked all the fluids, which were full. Then I asked to take the truck out on a drive. The low fuel light was on, so I was limited on how long of a drive I could take but I was satisfied with the way the truck ran and drove, so I ended up negotiating to purchase it. After I left the dealership, I had to stop to get fuel before driving it home. When I got on the expressway, the check engine light came on. I drove it home and parked it. The next morning I came out to discover oil had leaked from the engine. The dealership had evidently reset the check engine light and filled all the fluids to their proper level in order to hide the flaw. I called them to work something out but they said I bought the truck as is and it was not their problem. I argued that it was unethical of them to knowingly cover up flaws but they said there is no law against it and once again it is my problem now. I feel like I was swindled by a professional ********, completely taken advantage of.
